Statesman should have an SA, for affecting Hellboy with an attack.
Invincible gets an SA as well, but he also gets a KO stat.

Makes me feel like it's less cluttered, but feel free to do it however you'd like.
Staring on in disbelief as his compatriot was dispelled, Hellboy shuddered. "This guy definitely has some major backing." Waltzing up from nowhere, banishing the spook, and then vanishing himself..it just didn't add up. Hellboy swung wildly at the location where this "possessed" fellow last was..he thought "Man, I hope Liz and Roger are doing better than we are."

AD 2000 declares it's enemy as FreedomPhallanx, which Hellboy promptly copies.
Hellboy Swings for the fences, needs a (sigh) 10 : 1+4=5 +1 (AD2099) = 6
Nemesis uses PC on the roll and we try it again.

Reason: didn't change Manticore's location in the summary
1- Scarab will attack Manticore. Needs an 8, rolls a 7 (3,4) for a miss.
2- Invincible will push and use HSS option 1. He will grab the light object at N-15 and finish his movement at Q-14 where he will attack Manticore. Needs a 6, rolls an 8 (4,4). Manticore takes 3 + 1 damage for 4 clicks and is given a second token due to Guardians of the Globe TA. He takes no pushing damage from willpower, but Invincible takes a click from pushing.
here's the Guardians of the Globe TA description: When a member of this team rolls doubles on the dice on a successful attack roll, the target is not knocked back. The attack deals damage normally. If the target has zero or one action token after the attack has been resolved, give the target an action token.
3- Johnny Alpha will push to attack Manticore. Needs a 5, rolls a 6 (1,5). Manticore takes 2 clicks and is KO'ed.

Someone kindly check to make sure I did this right, but here goes.
With the pummelling going on around them, Kabuki and Nemesis will throw everything they have into it.
Kabuki tries to open statesman up. Needs a 7: Roll is: 2+5=7: A hit! States man takes 3 reduced total is :1 click. Kabuki pushes.
Nemesis will try the same: also needs a 7 after Kabuki's strike: roll is 1 +1 = 2 +1 (Critical Miss)
Nemesis will PC his own roll (thank God): 4+4= 8+1= 9! A hit! After reduction, States takes 1, and Nemesis pushes. And States is knocked back to G11.

I added an AST for Nemesis for you, since his PC allowed his attack to hit. I think that gets him an AST.

2-Invincible will turn off his TA (since you have 2 tokens there's no point in hoping for the incap, so I'll hope for the knockback). He will charge to J-14 and attack Nemesis. Needs a 4. Roll is a 7 (3,4). Nemesis forces reroll. Roll is an 8 (4,4). Nemesis takes 3 - 1 for toughness for a total of 2 clicks and is knocked back to H-12.
3-Statesman will copy 2000ad and declare 2000ad as his enemy. He will push to flurry against Nemesis. First attack needs a 3 or better. Roll is a 4 (1,3). Nemesis takes 1 past toughness. Second attack needs a 3 or better. Roll is a 5 (3,2). Nemesis takes 2 clicks and is KO'ed. Statesman takes a click for pushing.
