i think cyclops would have to stop his movement when entering or moving through two adjacent squares of hindering terrain. this would make it impossible for him to get to I-13. i could be wrong, but im pretty sure thats how it works.

That's correct. Because of the Objects in I-11, you'd be passing on a diaganol between two squares of hindering terrain, thus you'd stop in I-12.

And I don't believe you can get around due to the object in I-10

Would it be okay to keep the roll result and have him choose a different target?
