Favorite Villain of all time, and the Ultimate version doesn't dissapoint. Needs a bit of finesse to pull off in the long term, but he's dangerous down the dial. I have played a 1000 point game a couple of times fielding nothing but Kangs or alter-egos of Kang (Iron Lad, Immortus) and they've done rather well.

Expensive, but with 2013 RCE and his own perplex, Kang can have 14 AV on his first three clicks. Nice for cracking those 21+ modified DVs. The trouble is that Kang will need help getting rid of reducers.
