Nothing bad to say about this figure. Sculpt is kind of boring, but other than that, an amazing figure. He's been out shined by a couple of newer figures (Gamora, Batgirl) but still a beast, and one of the best figures from the SN set.
Trade to Canada. We're friendly, and we love Beavers..........
Awesome dial and playability. Such a close threat for only 80 points it's even unfair. His only flaw is low defense, but even that finishes strong, and after lots of penetrating damage, that 8 AV will probably still hit something. Not very comic accurate though, as 4 penetrating dmg is way too much.
i played him at home against my dad a few weeks ago, and he SMACKED HoT THOR for 4 damage (rolled a crit). i LOVE the figure, but SI elektra is the same cost, if i HAD to choose, id always pick elektra... LUCKILY i dont have to choose, because the martial artist characters are all cheap, and you can fit a BUNCH in.

Don't hate the player, hate the game. Or the figures. Or the dice. Or the map...
Karnak is better than Vet Iron Fist from Fantastic Forces for a couple reasons: A) Karnak has front loaded charge; this can make a world of difference in any game, especially tournaments. True, Iron Fist does have charge on his 2-3rd clicks, (and he is faster, to boot) but simply put, Karnak has a much higher damage out put, all for 8 points more. B) Karnak has better all around defense values. (Unless you're an expert at rolling Super Senses. I'm not.) He absolutely needs Protected, however, to avoid being sniped from range, but if you taxi him in with Lockjaw, he can be absolute terror. I can't begin to tell you how many clix enemies I have felled with mean and green, here. Now, on the downside, Iron Fist does have Regeneration, and he's a wildcard, but when it comes to a first strike capability and insane damage output, for the points, Karnak is the way to go. Watch out, people! He's got a big green head, and he's not afraid to use it!
All apologies to folks who this detail could kill trade value, but I got this, Gentleman Ghost, and Stripe for under $6 with shipping today. I am going to use this piece a ton. Call me a softy, but I love a piece that goes down swinging. I value that as much as a victory and I am sure this piece will deliver.
You know a figure is good when so many claim it has defeated figures twice it's cost. But it is annoying on other large figures you'll read "Karnak can spin xxxxxxx dial" the fact that so many compare him to Thor thanos supes is testament to how useful he is but do not think you can take this guy charge in to a big brick and take him down without serious support many of those tent poles that have been down have something this guy lacks high attack and range and more modern figures like thanos and imeriex have 19 defense so recap kc lantern has to roll a four to hit him from 10 squares away this guy has to roll a nine in his face higher if he took a hit first which considering the range of many figs he has supposedly slaughtered is likely since I don't believe you can use charge and ew together
You're wrong, Charge and Ex. Weakness do indeed work together. Also, yeah you're right he needs a team to work with, but so what?? I've taken down quite a few beatsticks with him over the years. He's STILL one of the best secondary close combat monsters ever, up there with Gamora and Iron Fist.

@owlman166 thanks now i like ew even better and you even admitted my point he's not taking a figure 3x his point cost down alone. however we can both agree that he's a five star fig and one of the best for under 100 points. Me I don't have one yet still using vet iron fist who's actually quite decent. since you have so many years expeience you should post some good 400 point team options you've won with using him.
