If it's any help, I built a team for the UK Wizkids Celebration specifically designed to kill vet Supes, which it promptly managed twice before finishing off KC Flash to give me the win.
It consisted of:
Fantastic Forces unique Wolverine
unique Black Queen
vet Karma
rookie Jean Grey
rookie Destiny
rookie Mystique
The plan was for Karma to mind control Supes, get him to bash his team-mates in and zip across the board to a position where Black Queen and Wolverine, with the benefit of perplex from Mystique, could do him some serious harm. This was all the more effective when Karma could also get Supes to turn off his impervious. However, Black Queen's running shot with psychic blast is still potent here, burrowing through Supes' defence to the point where he no longer has hypersonic or impervious. You've got to get him past his opening three clicks and then he's easier to handle. Especially if you've got someone handy who's the best there is at what he does (with a 12 attack to boot).
With a couple of those pieces now retired, I rejigged the team, taking out Jean Grey, Destiny and Mystique and replacing with experienced Jamie Madrox, rookie Blink and rookie (or maybe experienced, I forget) Domino. Same principle applies, but you need to be a little more careful to protect Madrox for his perplexing. Both he and Karma could be jettisoned to mix up the team a little, but the perplex is handy in case you bump into the likes of a KC Flash as well.
Even the deadly Psychic Blast has been neutered by Repulsor Shield (but if he does not have it then by all means, Psyblast away!).
Meteorite and to a lesser extent Armor Piercing will bypass even Fortitude. Outaction him. Make him push. Swarm him. He can only target one guy at a time. I dunno if any of my advice helps, man, but good luck. Remember, cardboard only goes so far against Perplex and lucky Blades rolls.
