Fun dial, but the low defense and no damage-reducer at the end of the dial usually means that the end is very near once he hits his flurry-clicks. Any sane opponent will push like mad to off him at that stage, and usually succeed.
Sculpt is cool, but a long way off the House of M Wolvie..
This dial is terrible and the figure they used looks like a recycled figure from F4. They have yet to give wolverine a decent representation, I fear with whats going on with the company that they never will.
The dial and playability of this figure is incredible. He's one of the biggest values for the points ever. Steady attack and damage values won't disappoint and surprise your opponents with his RANGE! No TA makes him a great Mercenary.
Yeah, his defense dips at the end dial, but that just means backing him up with some Defend if necessary. It's a neat sculpt, but I've seen it before, so it gets a 4/5. Comic accuracy takes a dive - I've never seen future Logan use a gun, and where's the Regen?
This figure has never disappointed me and will remain a staple on Soldier/Future teams until it is retired, and then some.

This is a different sort of dial for a different sort of Wolverine. Some may mourn the loss of Regen or the ability to fly him to a healer. But those chickens shouldn't be playing this Wolvie. This is a fighting man's Wolvie.

Not sure how someone could post that this dial is horrible. Good attack, can crack impervious/invuln/toughness possibly on EVERY click - do you know just how good that fact is for 70 points?
At first I strayed from this character due to his lack of regn. After using him recently, I learned this is one mean version of Wolverine. This is the one to use.
Fantastic dial for the points. To be able to break invul/imperv on every click at 70 points is insanely good. I'm not sure I can point to another figure in in the current era that can do that for under 70.
For those who do not understand the lack of regen: in Days of Future Past, Wolverine's advanced age has left him with little to no regenerative capability from wounds.

Used him recently in a silver tournament and new opponents were all surprised at how deep his dial is and how usable he is on EVERY click! He's easily one of the best Wolverines and for the points, a great addition to a lot of teams.
The incredible dial length (and none of it useless) is a big big draw here. Logan goes through 4 distinct phases before dropping: a ranged, hiding nuisance with a CCE surprise for anyone who bases him; a mobile, hard-to-hit BCF; a Charging BCF with penetrating or Willpower; and then an outright Flurrying damage machine.
With all that, who needs Regen? This guy is still worth picking up over many of the more modern versions. Your opponent will be surprised all over as he doesn't drop out.
