If you kiss someone who is thwarting, will you get warts?

... Superman still has the thwart token on him, even though Batman is KO'd and must spend the power action to remove it.

What if I thwart ICWO? Do all characters with ICWO lose their bonuses and POWERS , ie Outwit / Perplex / Leadership? Can any of them remove it? What about Thunderbolts? Same Thing?

If you Thwart ICWO it is dead until one of the agents takes a power action to remove it. Same with any Feat that applies to multiple people.

I was thinking about trying out R BP(27)+Thwart(15)+Dissent(18), and having him carried by DR Storm(40).

=100pts.

Add T-bolts for another 5pts.

That's a lot of points to sink into a figure that can only use the trick for a single click. Black Panther is good because he is cheap, and adding feats is kinda counterintuitive (except Thunderbolting him to Ultimates...)

True-it's not competitive, but it would be fun.

Maybe competitive in 500pts?

My favorite Thwart fig is Ultrahumanite. He's a tad expensive but can use the feat more often. Plus he's got TK.

while we are talking about thwart i have a question. can you double thwart a feat? lets say i have starter batman with thwart and black panther with thwart and my opponent has superman with fortitude. can i give them both a power action to put 2 thwart tokens on his fortitude so he cant have fortitude back by the next turn.(unless he is compelled)

JL C Batman will rule the roster of thwarters. Hot, hot move and thwart action with Out of the Shadows. It even adds to his mobility since using thwart is a power action with range of 10 compared to range 6 with a regular ranged attack.
