Hey Super Gene! Any plans to update this with the HoT BCs? I would appreciate it. I use your list all the time as a reference for creating game scenarios with appropriately flavoured BCs.

Can someone hop in and update the original post from HoT to present?

Why not use the player's guide? Especially as this thread is so old and all...

Well, just figured we had this thread and the Feats one. Both are linked to in the stickied "resource" thread in this forum. Plus, the Player's Guide is conveniently firewalled. Guess work is trying to tell me something.

Suppose you're right though.

I personally prefer to come to this thread which points me specifically to BC's in the OP, rather than searching through the pages and pages of the player's guide.

Same for the feats and Special Objects.

Ctrl+F works fine for me when looking though the PG.(any document really)

Given that you don't really need to "search" the PG for feats, BFCs, etc (the each have their own section, arranged alphabetically within said section) any more than you would have to search this thread, I fail to see how the PG is any less easy to use that this thread.


The biggest advantage to this thread is if the PG is behind your firewall at work. If it isn't, then the PG is the much better resource since it is an official WK document. No offense meant to any one who collects Heroclix information in an effort to help others, but you can never be sure if they are using the latest versions, there were no cut and paste errors, etc.

If at all possible, the PG is definitely the way to go.

Sure they have their own section, but I still need to scroll through the massive PG to get to it.

The BCs are all in the start of this thread. That's a lot easier for me.

Who actually pages through the PG? I certainly don't.

CTRL+F is your friend.

Either by name of specific feat, or by section number, will get you there much more quickly.

And it isn't like the first post in this thread doesn't need a little bit of scrolling to find what you want, if that is the way you choose to go about doing things (I'd still use CTRL+F even on this page if I was looking for something specific).

So would a better request be to have someone clean up this thread? Some resources aren't as helpful as they could be given their outdatedness.

You can ask that poster if you wish. Especially if you think it is a useful tool.
