The best way to win with him is use him in Horrorclix.

Everyone hates zombie iron man, but he is Hulks best buddy. Carries him into combat, perplexes his attack on his low attack clicks, up his damage on his high attack clicks and takes a shot every now and then. Play him with zombie giant man and you have a nice little 300 point team

I went undefeated but I lost on points since I had a first round bye.
I never got to use streak of luck since everyone hit hulk. Monster hunter and inside info were great in letting him get off a attack with that 9 attack knocked up to a 12 and it did not hurt when he got to his 11 attack to bump it up to a 14.

I just used Zombie Hulk yesterday in an all zombie team.

Hulk, Wolverine (SN), Spiderman (SN) and Giant Man.

Hulk had protected on him and streak of luck to prevent crit misses.

Also if you have have Hulk pick up the tombstone heavy object (or the desk 3d object) you have an awsome 20 defense! (21 in hindering).

Simply keep the hulk behind your other figures and eventually you will get right up in people's faces with that 6 movement and L/C.

I only lost one game because I pushed Zombie Hulk.

I found that most people dont even bother attacking hulk if they can avoid it b/c of the protected. No one wants to waste the attack.

In the game I lost I pushed on Iron Widow thinking I would destroy her after 6 clix of damage (using the soda machine and exploit weakness) but I missed and then Hulk caught her RCE right in the face! OUCH!

Zombie Hulk is an awsome piece...good luck and enjoy!

I like to play him on the supernova map. Keep him in space +2 to speed 1/2 on range to space. very nice. I used him on the floor with z-spidey, and z- wolverine to provide cover, worked very well.

Another lethal zombie combo is z-wolverine sidekicked to hulk 2099.

I won with this same team except I put the Inside Information on Giant Man...then he gets to eat zombies and scientists...

A nasty team for the unready...and for some reason people kept leaving Hulk alone (NOT a good idea...then again...hitting him isn't a good idea either...)

since I didn't see anybody mention it I'll be the first. since the zombies biggest weakness is against range, try the world class wrestling event dial. the zombies get their close combat attacks without fear of getting picked off from range. worse that could happen is the opponent declines the challenge and you play as you would before.
