not sure if this has been addressed yet but the submerged card says that:
when the character occupies water terrain, lines of fire drawn to it are blocked.
now does that nerf trick shot/ult ta/supes ta?
Yes. As of the latest rulebook (LOSH), those abilities all ignore hindering terrain. But now Water Terrain is its own type of terrain instead of being a subset of hindering terrain.
God is smarter than we are....
Visit Heroclixin'! Or check out my trade thread. Molly Hayes' KO list: HoT Ultron, HoT Thor, SI Iron Man, AV Wonder Man, SI Sentry, LE Diana Prince, R IC Ultron, Pretty Boy, CW Kang, IIM Thunderball, TW Catwoman, OP Red Hulk.
Gonna be running a colossal scenario soon, so I thought I'd res this thread for the unanswered portions.
For Submerged: My take is that since scenario Galactus, et al., ignore terrain for line of fire, submerged is no good against the scenario.
For Camo: Scenario Galactus, et al., ignore shape change and camouflage is tied to shape change; camo no good.
Of course, I've been wrong before, hence the resurrection.
in regards to the camo it does not matter if he ignores Shape Change or not.
its the same as trickshoot on a figure with RCE shooting someone with repulser shield. They still can use trickshot.

Maybe you're right, but there is a distinction in so far as who is being given the action.
Trick Shot affects the chosen character's (character A) line of fire on the chosen character's action, while Camouflage affects an opposing character's line of fire on the opposing character's action.
That is to say, the reason that Trick Shot "works" against an opponent with Repulsor Shield is because character A does not ignore his own RCE.

Then look at it this way...
"Plasticity
This character can break away on break away results of 2–6. Opposing characters must roll a 6 to break away from this character. Adjacent opposing characters that can use Plasticity ignore the effects of each other’s Plasticity."
"TAKEDOWN
Cost: 6
Prerequisite: Incapacitate or Plasticity
Choose a character. If an opposing character makes an
unsuccessful close combat attack against the character, after
the action is resolved give the opposing character an extra
action token if it has zero or one action token. If the opposing
character already has one action token on it, giving it a
second action token deals pushing damage normally."
