JL Bats (75) + Superman (Bat-ally) (211) is still <300.
Super-boy Prime fought Kal-El AND Kal-L, killing one before falling unconscious.
SBP > 300.
And then there's the Dark Knight (Superman Ally) (100) plus Man of Steel (222), which is greater than 300.
Or we could go with Justice League Batman (75) and Justice League Superman (226). Again, greater than 300.
Veteran Icons Superman...Veteran Icons Batman. Again, over 300.
Let's switch it up to the Dark Knight and Collateral Damage Superman...over 300 again. There are a good chunk of combinations of Superman and Batman that exceed 300 points.
And I'd go with Superman and Batman over two Supermen any day of the week.
There's a reason Captain Marvel and Superman aren't the World's Finest. Or Superman and Wonder Woman. Or Superman and any number of nearly as powerful beatsticks. Take any other pairing of other characters and put them up against Batman and Superman and I'd put my money on the World's Finest every day of the week.

The point was....
You can create an "accurate" Worlds Finest at LESS than 300.
You really CANNOT create an accurate "Prime" Supes that can tackle TWO OTHER SUPERMEN (say JL supes and NGN supes) at <300.
The 300+ fig is confirmed as being in packs? Ugh. I don't like that idea. Pulling something I can't play in Sealed does not appeal to me. That's assuming he's an SR and you only pull one. If he's a Rare, I have pulled dupe Rares in Sealed on a couple of occasions. I have heard of, but not seen, even a dupe SR pull. (Instance I heard of was Cap & Bucky, so the guy wasn't really that mad.) Still, I don't see Supes Prime as the first to break the 300 point barrier. Do I see him as a rock-hard 280? Heck yes. I just feel like the first standard to break 300 should be more iconic, and World's Finest is about as iconic as they come.
Maybe Crisis Sealed will be 400 points, to represent the absolute Epic-osity (it's a word. Look it up.) of the battles of the Crisis series? (Long shot, can't say I even approve, but it sure would be interesting). Plus, it solves this whole mess. Heck, you might even be able to do Kal-El and Kal-L vs. Superboy Prime. That would mean that both Supes would have to be right at or under 200, which might be a bit of a hose... whatever.

The thing is, both Supermen beat Superboy-Prime. So the both of them combined were more than he can handle. Barely, perhaps, but they still did.
Give Superboy-Prime a dial roughly like Veteran Icons Superman and give him a High Evolutionary special power where he has Quintessence for a few clicks to represent the Anti-Monitor armor and he'll give two Supermen a run for their money in conceivably under 300 points (if barely or right on the nose of 300). Even the Fortitude-like effect isn't necessary against two Superman; it's the Willpower that's the kicker. Make it Veteran Icons Superman with Impervious/Willpower and Super-Strength/Psychic Blast and there's still the possibility of coming in just shy of 300 and pummeling two Supermen. It requires a little luck, but then, the odds should favor two Supermen, anyway, so long as Superboy-Prime still proves a threat.
That isn't to say I think Superboy-Prime will come in under 300 points or doesn't deserve to be that much. The point is I can see him not be over 300 points while the World's Finest duo does exceed 300.
And, while advertisements say otherwise, I'd really rather the brick figure come in at over 300 and the booster figures not. Unless of course Wizkids plans on changing the point cap to 400 points, or at least does so for any organized Crisis play.
Both Supermen beat Superboy Prime in one instance.
In other instances, he simultaneously fought dozens of heroes, for example all former Titans in Crisis, dozens of GLs in Crisis, the entire JLA & JSA in Sinestro War, and dozens of GLs + dozens of Sinestro Corps + dozens of earth heroes at the same time in Sinestro War.
That's pretty tough to replicate for 300 points.
Not that the figure needs to be able to do ALL that, clix are a limited representation of unlimited ideas (just because story GL can simultaneously barrier, attack 100 enemies, travel, carry 10 friends, shoot around corners doesn't mean his clix rep needs to). Still, the whole point of Superboy Prime does seem to be that he's more powerful than the modern DC universe can actually conceive, as he operates by Silver Age physics.
Seems a pretty tall order for 300 points.
Still, just a game, limited rep and all.
Manager Fantasy League Season 7: LEGION
Manager Fantasy League Season 4: Sinister Six
Manager Fantasy League Season 2 Champions: 60's Avengers
Heck, for that matter, freakin' Obsidian did a near equivalent act during the early JSA issues. And was brought down by Alan Scott in turn.
Assuming it's a booster figure (good chance) and assuming Superboy-Prime is in the set yes, my money would be on him as the 300+ figure, but I'm just pointing out the circumstances where he isn't, necessarily (if certainly darn close).
