I have sent lojo my SR Hulkbuster and SR Storm for his SR Maestro and SR Warskrull. The DC# on my end is 03070020000186449772 and has been verified as delivered to the address he gave me. I have contacted lojo about this asking when he was going to send his end, have not heard anything yet.

BTW, he just got my figures today, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I got a PM back saying essentially to cool it, that they're in Puerto Rico right now, and that they'd send as soon as they got back. Suppose that works for now. It should be noted, Lojo has a decent trade rating (when I made the trade, the only negative feedback seemed to be pissed about a lack of DC#, not a lack of figures).

lojo told me her/his name was jessica something or other. Made a deal for some mod work(Ares). She/he said figures were sent in exchange for the mod work, but no DC#, and no figs ever. Not officially a trade so, I just let it go and told her/him to enjoy it. I sent the mod first because of how she/he mis-interpreted Rock's rules on the subject, but I figured after she/he recieved the mod, there would be no way I would get stiffed(hey, it's my second favorite mod-work to date, i thought it was pretty spiffy, if I do say so myself). Wether I got screwed on the deal or the figures just never showed up, I'll never know. Just thought I'd post as a warning to my fellow artists not to send the mod first without your compensation from this person first. It is definitely NOT the way Rock's rules read, but I figured the person just mis-interpreted them and I didn't really feel like argueing the point. Just be aware.

well for those of you who are waiting for your stuff from lojo i wanted to give you some hope. I finally got my piece today that i traded for on dec 12th it came today. it took lojo over ten days to give feedback after reciving piece and many e-mails on my part to get him/her to send. i hope you all get your stuff.

well even when you try a simo trade he hold backs. and when most of these trades where made he had only strong feedback, it was unfortuently on my traid the first one that arived at my house on the 12th well since that trade was going well and knowing i was reciecing it that day, I made another trade with him that day for a ngn superman and i sent to him ngn hulk . well after i got to the post office i came home and found the package from lojo on the poarch. well i opened it uo and was exstreamly disapointed i do have the letter that i wrote him to complain but i thought i woul give him a positive feedback and give him the benifit of the doubt.


well the reason why i am saying all this is because if by my comments gave you the idea to trust him and deal with him? I am sorry. my latest feedback given today is more honest yet still positive since the pieces did arive eventually

I tentatively agreed to send my Esme LE for SR Storm and SR Guy. I haven't sent it yet. If I cancel the trade, could I get negative feedback?

What should I do?

Nah man the only time negative feedback should be given is if one side sends figs and the other doesn't. Or if you send money and don't get the figs. Or if you make the trade but don't send for a long time. If you back out of a trade and make it clear the reasons why then it's cool. You can at least ask the person to send first because of threads like this, if they agree then wait til you get the figs, if they don't agree then call the deal off. Also, Lojo still might be banned from trading as of right now, you might want to ask a moderator for help with this.
