How to use Parallax:

-Group him with Rookie Moloid and bunch of Feats
-TK Moloid to the battle and say "Parallax was too ashamed to show up..."

That will break your opponent to laughter and win you the game

+ Fortitude (25)
+ Endurance (5)
+ Repulsor Shield (25)
+ Thwart (15)
+ Dissent (18)
+ Protected (8)

Though the question becomes... can you thwart your own feat?

thanks for the tips, let me clarify though. i didnt care how much he costed but its not gonna be a one man army, I just want to see how much cardboard i should put on him and then determine how much points for the entire team
