There are PLENTY of characters....With Jack's Crew, Barbosa's crew, Davy Jones's crew, the non-pirates, the Kraken, Feng's crew...the pirate lords.

Kraken Powers and Abilities:
*Maw of the Kraken: Once per Night, the controller of the Flying Dutchman may assign you to make a Night Kill. This Kill may not be stopped by any means of Protection or Roleblocking. The Kraken always feasts.
*Dragged Down to the Depths: In lieu of assigning you a Night Kill, the controller of the Flying Dutchman may assign you to Damage a Ship (the rules for how this is targeted are given to the Flying Dutchman's captain; no, you do not get to know who is the master of you and the Dutchman). A damaged Ship affects the capabilities of the crew onboard.
*Vast Form: The first Action against the Kraken - each Night - has a 100% chance of failing; each subsequent Action has a chance of failing equal to a cumulative -25% (so 75%, 50% and 25%). It takes a 2/3'rds majourity to Lynch the Kraken.
"Nobody important? That's amazing. You know, in 900 years of traveling time and space I've never met someone who wasn't important."
