I would say because he would need line of site to a barrier to remove it. So you remove the one in front, then the one behind it and you've got yourself a hole.

Wait, does he have to even be in range to use quick arrows? I assume sooo...but maybe not. Also, will you HAVE to make a ranged combat attack afterwords.

It means you remove the first one, then remove another one that he has Line of Fire to (ie. could have been blocked by the previous one), repeat!

That's exacly what I was thinking... A new form of stealth-busting!

Basically he can remove three tokens in a line even if he only has LOS to one of them at the start of the action.

i.e.

S . . . . H H H T

In this case Speedy (S) could remove all three hindering terrain pieces and then shoot at the target (T)

And that's what the target is going to be saying as well.



**edit** Forgot to mention that I'm loving this dial. Yeah, I know I'm in the minority here. I mean, how can you not love the boxing glove arrow as a sculpt? This is how you make a fairly static pose a little fun.

Yeessh...hes awefully cheap to have such a strong power as to remove hindering or barrier/blocking terrain without even so much as a roll or power action...AND the big differnce is that they arent ignored for line of fire...they completely removed meaning follow up shots or basing are very likely to occur.

Yeah, for 45 points he'd be on my team against the SUB just in case.

What gets me is why is such a power given to a 45 point character and Speedy of all people? At least a grown Red Arrow wouldve been better I think instead of a rookie piece. Youd think this REMOVAL power would be on some sort of Mystic type character.

Speedy looks pretty darn spiffy for his points. I like his special power as well. If I read it correctly, he can't use Trick Arrows with Running Shot, right?
