1. the mind controled character must be given an action immediatly after being mind controled. Theres no delay and no other actions can be made untill the Mind Controlled figure is given an action.
2. The mind controlled figure becomes friendly to the original force immediatly after the action, so no. The character does not stay friendly to your force after the action is given.
Thanks, my friends recently got me into HeroClix, but they play totally wrong.
They said that you can keep the MC'd person on your team until you use them.
Not necessarily stupid as overall damage to your opponent would be maximized had the figure not landed on BF. Lots of people are unfamiliar with dials they don't play often, or might forget that BF is coming up, so why not deal as much damage to all enemy figures as possible.
Also, I agree with Tarnish that MC would remain in effect because it does not say that it wouldn't, and the rules have been very specific on powers that stop taking effect after being lost. Also, the ruling for Outsiders TA still being in effect if Nightwing's "Dual Membership" gets outwitted would be similar in that the wording does not say that it looses effect. Now how about that for a run-on sentence.
Yeah, I meant stupid in that I would rather take an action with a figure than have said figure take 1 click of damage.
However, if Tarnishes interpretation about targetting is correct, then it is actually a great idea, because you can make that BF figure take the damage, and you still retain control to take its own action. Not bad.

drzoidberg1599 is correct.
The reason is because the action taken by the MCed figure is still considered part of the MC figs action. The original MCer does take his token (and push or feedback damage) until the mind controlled figure has taken there action. So until that action happens the game is still in the middle of the MC figs action.

The only way this is correct is if you MC multiple figures. For example, if you MC 3 figures, they must all 3 be given actions, but you choose what order. They are friendly untill after the action is given.
Just remember. Battle fury is not immune to Outwit. I've had fun outwiting Battle fury on a nasty Wolverine, just to MC the character, and have him turn on his teammates.
The way this works is that while Outwit targets an opposing character, but the power only returns when the piece with Outwit is KOed or looses Outwit, in other words not when the outwitted characters come under your control.
From the PaC:
Quote
OUTWIT (OPTIONAL): Once during your turn (but not during another action), as a free action this character counters a power possessed by a single target opposing character. Treat the target as if it does not possess the countered power. That power remains countered until the beginning of your next turn.
A character using this power must be within 10 squares of the target and have a clear line of fire to the target. Instead of a power, you may choose to counter an opposing flying character’s ability to soar; in this case, lower the soaring character to hovering mode. If this character loses Outwit or is KOd, the countered power returns immediately.

From the PaC:
I was playing a guy who apparently decided mind controlling my Cheetah was the most important part of his strategy. He worked hard to get her in place and then said "Mind Control."
I said, "Battle Fury."
He lost, but felt proud when he worked so hard to get his outwitter in place to outwit her BF.
Well, for some CC-monsters like say Maestro, Outwitting a Battle Fury, and then Mind Controlling them to move away, might actually be a decent strategy if you have a more range oriented team. Especially if you're also able to use Incap to buy yourself more time.
I for one have decided to pack an extra outwitter the next time I use Ultimate X-Men Prof.X anyway.
