"That Heat Wave is one tough cookie, I'd love to pound him into..." Tin says.
"No pounding tin, not yet, I have more subtle means at my disposal," Ororo says.
"Wha---? What the hell is going on here?" Heat Wave asks as a sudden cyclone lifts him up and slams him to the floor. He immediately rises to use his powers only to be hit by a torrent of rain, making him wet and hard to concentrate. "I'll get you out there, I know this is some kind of trick..." he yells into the rain and wind to something he can't see.
Heat Wave can shoot her back now. Probably won't hit, but he can try. AV7 on DV16 +1. He'll use Energy Explosion. On the off chance he gets a 12 he can hit Lead & Tin for 1 too. Gets 6. Not even on a good day.

Heat Wave spied Ororo through the storm. "I'll get you for that," he said. He tried to shoot flames at her, but her downpour doused them before they even came close.
"I suppose I shall have to save your hide," Felix Faust said, and with a gesture, summoned up a curtain of red energy that blocked Heat Wave and Crimson Cowl from their opponents view.
Flash is moving through Faust's Barrier to do that attack. He could go around the Barrier and attack her, but he'd have a lot less movement left. And besides you have him running over water to get to his final position, which may be comic accurate, but in game terms, he'd have to stop when he hits the water, like any other hindering terrain.
Still don't get how you could get Flash back to I6. Don't forget you also have to contend with Faust's barrier. If Flash is going to get to Crimson Cowl, he can't go from N12 through the Barrier to O14 to attack Cowl. He'd have to go around.
N12 is the farthest you could TK him. Faust's Barrier extends to Q13. To get to Cowl, the shortest route would be N12-O12-P12-Q12-R13-Q14. That would only leave him four squares left to retreat.
"Time to go lend a hand Bulldozer," Dr. Polaris said, sending him forward on a wave of magnetic force.
"I'll flush out that weather witch," Bulldozer said, running at her.
"Will you?" Storm asked. Bulldozer found the ground under his feet covered in ice. He slipped and aborted his attack. It was all he could do just to keep from falling.
"I guess someone's got to go bail him out," Crimson Cowl sighed.
"Yezzz," Queen Bee said quietly. "You go do that." She flew up and used her powers on Heat Wave to make him want to protect her with his life.
