(Yeah, I believe barriers can't be on elevated terrain. It's a matter of 'adjacency', and they would no longer be adjacent.)
1) V Nova will attack on Jade, AV 10 on DV 15, rolls 9, which hits for at least 3 for the KO. (I'm not sure how CCE w/ Super Strength works, I figure you can use both simultaneously, just abiding by the rule of 3 (over all a +4 damage bonus, -1 to get +3, etc. But either way, she gets KO'd)
2) Hawkgirl will charge Hal. AV 8 on DV 17, needs 9. Rolls 8 for the miss. Ignores pushing due to Willpower.

Well from what I read in the LEGION rules you must use both, at the very least you have to use the object. Somehow it just seems wrong to do that though. Regardless she is Koed.
Kendra had to move to hit Hal. I put her in B10 as it seems to make the best sense.
