Oh ok hahaha. That makes sense. I'm sure it will be ruled that you can't, however I don't see why it would be ruled that way for this reason. WF was made with a 2X2 base because of their longer dial. All other duo-figs (except for Moonboy/dino) are on single bases. This is why they can be TKd because they don't have a double base. So I don't see why they wouldn't allow you to TK WF. Yes they are on a 2X2 base but not because they are supposed to be represented as larger than other duo figures, but because of their dial representing their 500 point cost.
My analogy was intended to convey that until the errata hits, the rules do exactly what they say, oversight or not.
e.g. There's nothing saying you can't, so until they outright say you can't, you can.
Yes, that's true.... the rules say what the rules say. If they put out an Errata, that's literally a rules change/fix/clarification, so it changes the rule itself.
As of now, WF can be TK'd because the rulebook says they can if there's no restriction (which there isn't currently).
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
I hope I might add a stupid question to this thread without starting up a new one.
Can a flying duo figure can carry another figure? I'm sure they can.
Think about it this way (this is for the first question) it makes sense that a quad should not be tked because a double based can't, but it also makes sense that if my Giant can be adjacent to people 2 squares out, shouldn't my colossal?
(I really hope that colossals are only adjacent 1 square out, otherwise this post is moot).
Hey, even Superman makes mistakes...I just TKed Cap and Bucky at somebody last week. I really don't know what i was thinking on this one...oh well.
World's Finest is a standard figure for all intents and purposes other than the base size. There is no restriction on TKing any size base unless specificially stated in the rules (Double Based figures cant...probably what i was thinking of, Sentinels and such state they can't), so for now, i'd say they can be TKed. Heck, they pretty much need it, anyway.

Well, of course! Any major bruiser with high damage "NEEDS" TK

Well, considering I beat the piss out of WF with E-2 Superman, there certainly seems to be a problem that needs addressing - While Outwit has a 10 square range, they only have an 8 square ranged attack, and a 5 square charge, not counting base wonkiness.
Once Superman man hit them from 11 out (Charging the full ten and them missing Impervious...which i didn't HAVE to do, but did so in the interest of fun), they just aren't the threat they used to be. The did get in a hit on him, but I got my Impervious roll. It was free attack city from then on out.

There actually is no more "base wonkiness".... IIRC, the LoSH rulebook took out the option to "slide". It says they can't move farther out than their speed value (I don't recall exactly how it's worded)... the base can't slide farther than the speed value moved.

All of the figure's base must end within it's move range is basically how it's worded I believe.
