They should totally face off against that recent incarnation of Excalibur that had all of one or two Brits on it.
Umm... that was, like, almost every incarnation of Excalibur. Nightcrawler's not British. Shadowcat - not British. Lockheed - not British. Douglock - not British. Wolfsbane - not British. Juggernaut - not British. And I could go on. I understand if you embrace the entire United Kingdom, then some Scottish and Irish and Welsh and etc. are going to be on the team, but there have almost always been more non-Brits than Brits by my count.
HeroClix needs more Goblin.
Acceptable in such forms as Green, Grey, Demo, Hob, Ultimate, and "Menace."

Iceman & Angel - New York
Ghost Rider - maaaybe...no, nevermind

The newest Captain Britian book is going to have a all British team. Captain Britian, Union Jack, Pete Wisdom, Spitfire(invaders) and somebody else. It's going to be the M:12 British "avengers". The book ties into Wisdom:MAX.

I know. I reviewed it over in the "My Marvel Comics for 05/14" thread. It's "Captain Britain and MI:13" and it's got all the best characters from British comics. Really, the best thing Marvel could ever have done with Excalibur is to completely detach them from the X-Men and actually fill the team out with British superheroes.
The plot says every superpower in Britain is going to be drafted into MI:13 and working under Pete Wisdom, so it'll be a constantly evolving line up, I'm sure. So far, we know it'll be Pete Wisdom, Captain Britain (unless Pete becomes Captain Britain, and then these two are one and the same), Union Jack, Captain Midlands (Wisdom MAX character), Spitfire, The Black Knight, and Skrull John (Skrull who takes John Lennon's form, from the Wisdom MAX series). Tink hasn't been mentioned as of yet, or any of the other British characters, but I'll be interested to see who they bring in. I'd love to see Lionheart some more. Sure, she was introduced by Chuck Austen, and then next handled by Chris Claremont, but I'd like to see what a good writer can do for her.

Um, last time I checked Scotland was still part of Great Britain...
(But yeah, even with Rahne incuded Excalibur has only had about 4-5 British members...)
I bought that Excaliber with Juggs and Dazzler, they had a bad guy in that tossed Juggs like a mile. Whats up with that guy, how long has he been around and what are his powers and affilations besides Lionheart?
If he can toss juggs like that his Heroclix would be sick.

Like I said, if you embrace the entire United Kingdom, then Scottish and Welsh characters like Rahne and Moira MacTaggert count, but they were still in the minority on the team.

I read that stuff too. Albion was an other-dimensional version of Brian Braddock - Captain Britain - who, like Lionheart, chose the Sword of Might over the Amulet of Right when given the choice. As I understand, he's stronger than Captain Britain, but also somewhat evil. Although they beat him and captured him and he helped out during Die By The Sword, so he might be redeemed and become a good guy.

Remember that Juggernaut (whom I will neither confitm nore deny has sleapt with She-Hulk) wasn't anywhere near his full-powered state at the time. I'd guess he was around Spider-Man levels of super strength, possibly even less.
You're good. But I'm magic!

The problem is that a lot of new players come from the "race generation" they want to define their worth by the "skill" they posses in playing a game of toy soldiers.

I read that just laughed out loud. You are probably right but how SAD is that. Juggs around Spideys level.
I really miss the days of Juggernaught being able to wipe whole teams off the field.
