I liked the few they gave us in previous sets. I could go for some more.

Had to go with Diamondback, Cottonmouth and Rattler from the Cap isssue when they went after Porcupine.

Diamondback and King Cobra are the only members that I really want to see. However, I wouldn't complain about getting any of the others.

All of the ones named after snakes.

Cobra has every reason to be in the Thor set since he started in Journey Into Mystery, so I hope WK has been listening to us.

Black Mamba and Diamondback are fairly current with the B.A.D. Girls thing, so those have every reason to be made.

Bushmaster is visually appealing, so he would make a good addition to any set. Death Adder and Puff Adder would have interesting dials, so they should get strong consideration as well.

The rest would be cheap but effective:
Black Racer - HSS
Rattler - Force Blast, Pulse Wave
Coachwhip - Incapacitate with a Stunning Blow-type effect
Copperhead - Invulnerable, maybe push to Perplex, since he was a squad leader but not good enough for Outwit or Leadership

The remaining characters aren't as interesting. If they get sculpts, I'd save some space in the set and jam them onto the same dial:
(not mentioned yet) Rock Adder - Charge
Cottonmouth - 8 attack BCF, but +1 attack for each friendly character who is also adjacent to the target
Fer-De-Lance - Charge/BCF
Boomslang - 8 attack, 6 range

Remind me what Slither does... Plasticity/BCF? I remember him as Viper's lackey, but unless we get a Viper remake (which wouldn't be a bad thing at all), I don't need this guy.

Anybody remember what their TA was supposed to be? I don't have copies of those rules for some reason. What was the Morlocks as well if you would.
I see no reason why the TAs can't live on in home rules.

I'm fine with all of them being eventually made, but Cobra - who started back as a Thor villain before the series Thor was in was even called Thor, (as I see I Am The Game has noted) and Diamondback, who was a long-running supporting character and romantic interest for Captain America, deserve being made in Clix form ahead of the others on the list.

Hopefully Cobra will be made in the same set as his frequent partner, Mr. Hyde, is properly remade.

That might be dangerous. last I saw Hyde wants Cobra dead.
