Ok, there is a problem: Wonder Man can't charge to Martian Manhunter because he must stop when he get adjacent with Hawkman (Hawkman is in M-10) and if he try to not get adjacent to Hawkman he will need 7 movement charge, not 6.

Also, how is the movement in charge? it must be the half of the speed, right? 1 perplex will give 11 to his movement. The charge is rounded down or up? to know if Wonder Man's charge with the perplex will be 6 or still 5.
