How many different screen names has this person used? Is he using the same IP address each he logs onto the Realms? Can the mods/admins block or flag the IP address that guy is mainly using? Is that a possibility? Where mah IT nerds at to 'splain things for me?
Yeah he ripped me off for some nons and a couple low end Super Rares. I've tried the whole mail fraud thing before, but to no avail. I guess unless it deals with a prince in Nigeria or fake Olympics tickets the US government doesn't really care who rips off whom.

We ban IPs and he finds away around. Not to give any ideas, but its hard for us to ban certain IP, such as AOL, because they're shared by multiple people.
I'm having surgery on my nerves in my right foot tomorrow, so I'll be off my feet and at my computer, like, most of the day, so I'm seriously going to dedicate a lot of time to trying to clean up the trash around here.
Including that letter to Lojo's mother.
What, am I normal or not?
Am I crazier than other patients?
Right, I've done everything right.
So where's the karma, doc? I've lost my patience.
When dealing with a high value item or when a lot of money is changing hands I highly recommend bringing a third party into the trade. Find a trusted member of the realms community and see if they will act as the "middle man" for both ends of the trade. Once the third party receives both ends of the trade then they send them off again to the respective new owners. There's no threat of being ripped off then... if one party doesn't follow through the other one gets their stuff back.
I know I've done it a few times for people and I believe Kitsushel has too.
There are 542,000 children in foster care. Talk to your local foster and adoptive agency. You could change a life.

Yup! Excellent advice!
You just need to make sure that its someone that you're comfortable with and that has good trading record and is good with communication.

Or when making trades that involve high value figures only trade with people with alot of good feedbacks (30 to 50 +). When I traded my Z Hulk (which incidentally was to my buddy Hair10 up there, lol) I turned down alot of offers (no matter what they were offering) because they had low iTrader.
Sticking to the people that have established themselves will steer you right. Not very many people stick around till deal 100 and THEN start ripping people off.
So he is going by Franklin now. Is that first or last name. I still have all the names and addresses that he has used in the past. They are all old people that live in the same apartment building. One of these days I will send a letter to those people letting them know that he is using their name to rip people off. And I believe he uses M. Steinmetz more than the others. I thought his real name was Damien though? Supposedly from a source from his venue, yet a few peope on here seem to go to the same venue, yet no one will give any info.
I've filed mail fraud on people before and got 0 results, so I don't even know what to do with him, guess same as always cut my losses.
You know, I want to give an input on my experiences with mail fraud. This is a long rant, and if you want, just skip to the last paragraph.
When VSRealms first started, a username wolverine...something did a few good trades at first. Then after he got a few refs, he started doing fraud, stealing some very high valued cards. I also fell victim, and lost probably $20-30 worth of cards at the time. Then he immediately posted how he pwn'd everyone, bragging about it, before shortly getting banned. The kicker was he was in Canada, and filing for mail fraud didn't help much.
I too filed for mail fraud, and after months, I did indeed get me cards back. What happened was someone who lived in Canada called the local authorities to the address of the scammer. After some investigation, charges were set to the scammer. Turned out he was a teen. I'm not sure what happened after that, but I know the kid was punished by his parents, and a lot of people [not all] got their stuff back...slowly.
Personally, if this guy is scamming a lot of people out of a lot of high value figures, what we need to do as a collective community is contact the local authorities of the address that was provided [I mean, it's the same address on two usernames, but different name?]. If one person reports in, the cops won't really do anything. BUT if three or four [or MORE] call in with similar complaints, then the cops will realize that this kid is a major internet scammer, and might take action. Filing for mail fraud won't do any good because of the amount of reports the authorities get each day. But local authorities on the other hand....
I run HeroClix tournaments at Shuffle and Cut in La Habra, California. The format of each tournament will be posted here.

Canada's mailing fraud system is way better then USA's, that's why I'm not scared to get scammed here, cause everyone that has been scammed in Canada usually gets back their own items/Cash/Everything.
