The Warskrull can't get to E20....there's a doorway between E20 and E21 that he can't go through unless the Avengers open it. Basically he's trapped in that room.

Nopt sure if any of your other Skrulls went through doorways either, I just noticed the Warskrull because I knew he couldn't possibly have Outwitted Wasp just yet.

if the Skrulls can't open doors, what is the thought behind the Warskrull? Is he going to twiddle his thumbs? (he could shapeshift and twiddle dozens of thumbs...)

i thought you had to be in hindering to be stealth. he would have shot at Moon Knight so still a miss.

one more little problem: due to issues of adjacency, i don't see how the V Warrior can get to O20...

as O20 is the only enemy adjacent square (that he can reach), i fail to see the problem.

The V Skrull Agent started (per editor's instructions) in I17, so he (it?) is 'coming doen from the north,' so to speak, toward Wasp. He/it can advance through either M19 or M20, but then he/it has to choose: N19 or N20 because as he/it enters either of these two sqaures, he/it becomes adjacent to Wasp and has to stop. ... or am i looking at this completely wrong?

ah ha! i think i know where the problem is.

the V Agent, who is in O20, started in T20 (simply ran around the desk and into action) is perfectly legal (and was who i thought you were talking about).

the V Warrior, who i put in Q20 and who should be in N19 or N20. make it N19.

WCAvengers turn 2a

The android displayed astounding tenderness as it bent over the unconscious form of Princess Anelle. "We will deliver you from this place, my mistress," it said, glancing over its shoulder to see two Skrull guards approaching rapidly.

Nearby, Tigra hissed like a cornered cat and bared her claws and her teeth. The synthezoid being had to remind her, "Our first priority is to rescue the captives. Combat is a less desirable option." Tigra only reluctantly turned away from the guard and swiped at the shackles holding the Skrull princess. Her sharp claws tore through them, and she rapidly threw Princess Anelle over her shoulder.

Ant-Man flitted into the room just in time to see Black Panther deliver a vicious strike to one of the Skrull guards. Green blood flew through the air, and an unearthly scream marked the fearsome blow. Moon Knight, too, was able to send an expert savate kick at a third guard.

Numerically, the odds were still almost even, so Ant-Man quickly sent a distracting bio-blast toward a guard near Tigra. It immediately started shape-shifting, as if it were an instinctive combat response. 'Good,' thought Hank, 'that means his attention is divided.'





- Tigra attacks the E Skrull Warrior in W23 using BCF > Skrull TA roll: 6 (oh, an auspicious start... ) Okay, then Tigra attempts to capture Anelle > 10 vs 14 > roll: 6+1=7 SUCCESS. Anelle is Tigra's captive.
- Black Panther attacks the V Skrull Commando (in Q19) using BClawsFangs > Skrull TA roll: 4 > 9 vs 14 > roll: 5+4=9 HIT. BClawsF roll: 5. (yeah!) V Skrull Commando takes 5 damage and is KOd.
- Ant-Man usesw Leap/Climb and Fearless Assault, moving to T19.
- ('free') Ant-Man uses Perplex to decrease the Attack value of the E Skrull Warrior in V21.
- Moon Knight pushes, using Willpower, and attacks the V Skrull Warrior (in Q20) > Skrull TA roll: 4 > 9 vs 16 > roll: 3+4=7 HIT. V Skrull Warrior takes 2 damage.
