If it means anything, I'd much rather have my stuff back instead of the items he agreed to trade for....I wouldn't want him to enjoy anything that used to be mine.

WOW! I have a similar story. I decided to post a trade thread on the WK site a long time ago. NPOLLY on the WK site made an offer for a COG terrax, which I accepted. I had no trader ref there, so of course, he made me send first. Which I did, and nothing in return, after about a month of complaining to him he told me he never got it. And that he would not send his end until he received my end.

This was awhile ago, like I said before, but I still had seen him post over here, on the realms. My trader was like 40+ at this point (here on the realms), so I asked Npolly here on the realms if he had gotten the terrax I sent to him? He replied "I dont know what you are talking about" , as if he was not the same NPOLLY that had ripped me off on WK site. I asked him if he was the same person, and he told me "no" at first, but I knew he was lying so I wouldnt bother him anymore. I knew I should have contacted a mod here or something, I wish I knew his address, I would send him something else allright (perhaps a lojo?)....First and last time I have ever traded on the WK site thanks to this JERK....

Dont ever deal with this guy again....unless he sends first...

I sent him a few old LE's "for his students" one time. He's asked again since then and it seems kinda shady but, I've never heard of his being a jackass prior to this...now Timashi on the other hand...

Yeah, I've traded with him before too, but it looks like he jumped the shark. I would gladly remove my negative trade rating if he sent my stuff. I just don't get the lying and delays. Don't demand people to send first if you KNOW that you have issues and will be late.

There is no way this guy is planning to send anything. He hasn't even logged in for 4 days!!! There is no way he's planning on sending anything accept more excuses.

I have traded twice with Noplly and both times were a success! Sorry to all of you who have gotten ripped off.

yeah this guys a real tool i traded one with him when Crisis first came out and i sent him SR Nightwing and Starfire and when i got back form the post office i noticed i forgot to send the card so i put it in the mail that same day 10 mins later and i sent him a messege to let him know when i got the Specter he didn't send me a card and when i asked him if he was sending it i never got a answer then we traded again and he sent me a horrorclix Avatar of Cthulhu with my specter card and no horrorclix card and when i asked him he said horrorclix don't have cards hes a real turd stain

Well...I'll admit that it doesn't look good, per se, but I've gone days without logging in before. Really, maybe he's just busy / not very well organized.

Or...you know, I know what's it's like to feel burried by something. While I've never let it affect my trades here, he's probably kind of embarrassed / nervous about the lack of communication / long wait, and so he's putting it off, putting it off, putting it off. I've been there in other respects.

So hey, Richie, if you're reading this, no hard feelings, dude (by me, anyway). Just make it right!

I too figured the high trade count was a good indicator.
Sent 4 or 5 LEs for a "Magog with broken staff". Didn't care about the staff, just wanted the piece so I could play it / have it in the collection.

I was in a bunch of trades at once and did not notice it did not arrive right away. When I sent my next batch of trades a week or so later realized it had not arrived. he Never gave me the DC#. Eventually claimed he also sent his own Magog from his personal collection. I asked for the DC# and he claimed that he sent out a bunch that day and was not sure whcih one it was. I asked for all of them and I would try to use the DC website to figure it out, but have never gotten a DC# at all.

Told him I was going to report him for not responding to pms and he said he had, so I gave him one more chance. Sorry to hear others had trouble with him too.

I suppose I'll add myself to this list as well.

I sent him a Joe Ledger LE over a month ago, and sent him the DC# and wutnot and saw that he had received it.
I PM'd him to let him know that I saw he had received it.
I waited a few days for his reply (as some people don't come here every too often) but received nothing back or even a PM.
Since then, I realized that he lives in Houston and alot of people were evacuated due to the Hurricanes (so that might be the reason for him not responding).
Still, it was a while since he received my package and the Hurricanes were even close to hitting his area.

It's been over a month without a reply to the PMs I sent him, so I figure I won't be seeing anything from him at this point.

I don't mind losing the LE, but I don't like having to wait for something I won't be receiving.
