How Kalibak's feat work?? he have to roll to see if he receive damage???

Every time he would take pushing damage, Endurance gets a token. Once it has one, I will roll 1 die every time I take an Action with him. If it come up 1 or 2, I take 1 unavoidable for the number on the dice plus the number of tokens.
