Excellent list, but be sure to search for the trades on the GL and GL Corps issues. I'm sure the first couple of arcs of each, at least, are in trade now and it will be much easier to get them that way.

Also recommended is Tales of the Green Lantern Corps. Annual #2 (most easily found in the DC Universe: The Stories of Alan Moore TPB). It's not vital to the story, and doesn't really touch on the ring spectrum or anything like that, but it's pretty much the basis for everything that happened/happening/going to happen since right before SCW.

The Rebirth mini-series is collected in a trade of the same name.

The series itself then picks up in the No Fear TPB, which is followed by the Revenge Of The Green Lanterns and Wanted: Hal Jordan collections. That covers the first 20 or so issues of Johns run leading right up to the SC War. Secret Origin collects the issues following the SC War, but it's only out in Hardback.

If you want to collect the Corps comic in trade too, then you want the Recharge mini-series in the trade of the same name, followed by To Be A Lantern and The Dark Side Of Green. They will lead you up to the SC War, and then Ring Quest comes right after it.

In Green Lantern 25 the first mention of the other colors and what they do was laid bare. Right now GLC focuses on The Star Saphires and what not. GL proper is following the Red Lanterns. The Blues show up in that too. From what I've seen the Orange and Indigos have yet to really com into play. This is sad since I'm dying to see what a ring that runs on greed does aside from rob banks.

Well, he has wielded the green and yellow already and the red just chose him as well. And we certainly know that the blue is hard pressing him to be their leader. It might be an interesting ending to the Blackest Night arc where he needs to wield them all (except the black) to defeat the black rings.

He might be able to wield the black ring also due to the fact that he's died already!

I think I read somewhere that The Orange Lanterns will be killing members of the other corps and stealing thier rings.

You know how in Sinestro Wars there was the E.T., Alien, and Predator lanterns? I hope they make a Orange Lantern that looks like Gollum. That would be funny.

Sounds like Hal gets the whole spectrum of rings and becomes the White Lantern

The First Orange Lantern is supposed to be Named "Agent Orange"


Blue Rings and Star Sapphires seem to have some unique Abilities


Now that green Lanterns can Kill I see no Real Diff between green and Yellow rings.
