FYI, don't forget the Outsmart rolls when applicable. Lead/Tin's SP has Outwit, and they were adjacent to Will/Tina. It wouldn't have been a factor in the last turn, though, since your attack roll exceeded the perplex to defense. So don't worry about it for turn 3.

What's the TK route for Dr. Light getting to I11? If he went down row 8 then down column I, that exceeds the 8 spaces max movement for TK.
I suppose the other option is you could take DL to the south side of the blocking terrain to reach I11 in 8 squares, but would you need LOF to each of the square DL would pass through? (Couldn't find anything about that in the PAC or FAQ).

You do not. You only need LoF to target and destination.

Not that it mattered here but the BE trick I believe does not work anymore. WC BE can received the damage value but cannot give it out so Psimon could not give his 11 to Dr Light and technically what you would have been copying is the 8 of Harley. This is what neutered such great WC abuse with figs like Taskmaster
