This is not how I saw this plan working out when I played it in my head...
I'm placing Bronze Tiger in D-12 as I think that's the one that most likely work with all the rules, but feel free to move him to the correct position on your go if any rule changes it accordingly.

The Bronze Tiger finds an opening against the Ghost Fox Killer, but his underestimates her skill and she parries his attack easily.
Seeing the skill of the Ghost Fox Killer, newly created Man bat Assassin tries to pull his fellow league member out of her grasp, only to find his wings clipped by GFK.
Ra's seeing the skill of the woman moves and offers her a place in his organization. "You are quite skilled dear lady. Perhaps once you are done playing the hero, you will find me and learn your true calling."

CCE does work with Lunge. Additionally, D-12 should be a legal place to put the Tiger. Based on the wording of Lunge, you get to move him 2 squares, which has nothing to do with his movement value, and so should be perfectly good. If Hector Hammond met the pre-reqs, he could lunge on his 0 movement clicks and go 2 squares.
Anyhow, that's what I've seen of lunge, though I'm posting on a quick work break and don't have time to double check it. I'm sure if there's something we've missed, somebody will let us know.
Ghost Fox Killer stared at the old man, incredulous. Was his offer serious? Did he truly believe she would join this cult of evil? Abruptly, she realized that it may have just been a distraction tactic, as her mind had wandered and prevented her from focusing on the immediate threats.
Shaking her head, she whirled to face Merlyn. "What's this? A dark knock-off of our own dear Archer?" Her foot lashed out, striking Merlyn. Fortunately for him, his uniform prevented direct contact of the spirit woman's death touch, and he survived. The strike caused him to stumble, however, and he bumped into the searing, energized form of Lu Bu, who promptly chomped down on the assassin's leg.
The Celestial Archer sighted down Bronze Tiger. "Time for the big game hunt!" He let fly with an arrow, but the superb martial artist dodged aside, even as Ghost Fox Killer tried to push him into the arrow's path.

"The big cat's hurt! Let's return the favor!" Celestial Archer drew a bead on Bronze Tiger, whose luck finally ran out. The arrow slammed into him, almost throwing him back. Only sheer willpower allowed the fighter to hold his ground.
Thundermind didn't seem to notice the din of battle around him. His attention was focused squarely on a point on the back wall, behind both Merlyn and his Man-Bat ally. He pointed his finger at that spot, and an invisible force ram leapt from his hand. It knocked Merlyn to the ground and clipped the Man-Bat as Thundermind's mysterious powers struck a path through the Great Ten's foes.
Seeing the opening, Immortal-Man-in-Darkness decided it was time to test his ground combat upgrades. With a quick burst from hover jets, he hopped across the cavern, settling in the midst of his foes.

Ra's's sword slid inside Immortal-Man's hull plating, and the pilot realized his hover jets left him vulnerable. Shifting tactics, he engaged active holographic cammo, disguising his vehicle among the rocks.
Lu Bu leapt aside as Thundermind unleashed a flurry of invisible force at Bronze Tiger. As the feline fighter tried to twist aside, Ghost Fox Killer grabbed him and held him, increasing the Tiger's misery with her burning touch. He finally twisted free and leapt away, only to be tagged again by Thundermind's onslaught.
Channeling her teammate's powerful momentum, Ghost Fox Killer spun around and faced Man-Bat. "You think you know animal savagery? Think again." The ensuing results were far from pretty.
9A) My apologies to the Assassins for the brutality that was this round...
Obsidian gains stealth after taking damage, and is now stealthed. Just a note for outwitting, etc.
1) Lu Bu shuffles over to F-10.
2) Thundermind will Duo Attack. 1st attack on the Tiger. 9 vs (16+1) 17. Roll is a 6, which GFK will PC. PC'd Roll is a crit hit (sorry 'bout the injury!), laying down 3 clicks on the Tiger and sending him to D-9 (since its not direct diagonal and I can choose KB direction). 1 SA to Thundermind, 1 AST to GFK.
2nd Duo Attack will also be on the Bronze Tiger. 9 vs (15+1) 16 Roll is a 9, hitting for 1 click. 1 SA to Thundermind. Push click to Thundermind.
3) GFK flurries the Man-Bat. 8 vs 14. Roll is a (6,6) crit, which is just cruelly unnecessary. 1 SA, 1 KO, 1 click of Steal Energy healing to GFK.

"Hiding in the Dark. You are not worthy of my true might." Shiva swings a devastating kick, which IMID narrowly avoids, shattering the rock in the area he just vacated.

Celestial Archer rushes in, realizing that Immortal-Man-in-Darkness was able to draw out Shiva from behind the rocks. At the last second, Thundermind's psychic warning allowed him to avoid an ankle-turning pit and his arrow flew true, taking Shiva out of the fight.
Bronze Tiger was able to prove that his martial arts ARE a match for bullets as GFK unloaded a salvo on him. With some clever dodging and cover, the martial artist emerged unscathed.
Frustrated, Ghost Fox Killer loaded tracer rounds and leapt atop Immortal-Man-in-Darkness's armored vehicle, firing wildly at Ra's Al Ghul. Her rounds allowed the Immortal-Man to draw a bead on the Assassin leader with his main gun, with devastating results.

1) Celestial Archer runs to E-11, taking a shot with RS at Shiva, who Ambushed. (9+2) 11 vs (14+1) 15. Roll is a crit miss, and Thundermind's PC comes in to try to save him. Re-roll is a 9, KOing Shiva. 1 SA, 1 KO to Archer, Thundermind grabs the AST.
2) GFK snaps off a shot at Bronze Tiger. 8 vs (14+1) 15. Roll is a 3, and BT is okay. Push to the Killer.
Free) IMID cancels Stealth
3) IMID punches at Al-Ghul. 8 vs 16. Roll is a 7. GFK uses her newly re-found PC to re-roll it. Good grief. Re-roll is a crit hit. At least Ra's has regen to try to fix that. Ra's takes 3, flies into the wall at A-13, and takes a 4th click. 1 SA to IMID, 1 AST to GFK.
