What a mess, double-base figures can be. You were right, placing Flash in G19/20 makes it impossible for Jinx to see him. However, the only way you can place him like that, is using 9 squares to take Flash's half from P18 to either G20 or G19.
That means that Flash movement was all done when he got there, so he needs to stay adjacent to Psimon. Unfortunately for me, if you ask me. But those are the rules. Double base figures can't flip one of the sides to win an extra square of movement. Both sides need to reach the place where their being placed.
Anyway, feel free to ask around, and I'll redo my 3A turn if I'm wrong about that.

well leave flash were you want him for sakes of not wanted to look for the rules online so I can copy and paste them and the thread, but it only works with figures that are duo based and have hypersonic speed

Yes, Psimon can use outwit twice. His special abiilty allows him to "use" Outwit while Supe Enemy gives him the power outwit. I don't necessarily like that interpretation, but it is what it is.
Please have the dice rolls emailed from this point in the game on.

ok, i read the rules thread about psimon I am ok with that. Sorry I was told in the past when Vet darseid was around that he could not gain outwit again.
Here is the rules about moving double based figures from the FF rule book.
" A double based character must END its movement so that both ends of its base occupy squares where is could end that movement and both ends of the base are on the terrian of the same elevation. "
So flash when making his attack he is not ending his movement with hypersonic speed. I am allowed to move and flip my base as long as I am within my max range of movement. Then continue to move back.
"The player moving a double based character choices any square adjacent to the double character to begin movement.
so flash with his 9 movement moved N-19, M-19,L-19,K-19,J-19, I-19, H-20, G-20 (at this point he flips his base to attack since it is within my max movement and occupy G-19/G-20), after the attack I continue my movement counting from my base at G-20 to F-21 placing both of my bases within my max movement which is F-21/G-21

Ok, I think some clearing is in order at this time:
- I didn't place Flash where I wanted, just where I thought he should be considering double-base figures' rules for movement. Why would I want him basing two figures of mine and had to roll for breakaway with Parademon? The only reason could be to avoid Flash using PC on Jinx's attack on Green Arrow, but I took Flash's PC out that turn too, so that wouldn't be an issue. Since you cleared it that those movement rules don't apply during HSS, and since Flash location had no influence in my turn(except for the breakaway that was not needed after all), consider Flash in the squares you took him to, since the movement was a legal one. We don't even need to correct the stats.
- Rolling dice servers. I don't like neither have the time to wait for rolls to arrive by mail to complete my turn. That's why I use to play my turn, and just trust that the mails will arrive later. Since sometimes they don't, I "take pictures" of the rolls, so I can prove that they were rolled. I do this by making jpegs out of the window I used for rolls.
I emailed you these rolls, but clearly is not enough, so I'll have to find a different server to roll from, that actually delivers emails successfully.

I checked the ruleset for White Noise, and it doesn't matter who rolls. PC can't be used to reroll White Noise's rolls. One thing that it's not clear, is either I can use the same power on a different target or not. But I think I can't. The character ignores the use of that perplex or outwit, it doesn't say that the power was not used at all. Otherwise, it would need to be said that I can't use it again on the same character.

(white noise comes into play after outwit is used since the target of the outwit or perplex makes the roll) (Outwit or perplex is used since it only comes into play after it targets someone and is used) (It would have to say you can use the power again against someone different, like shape-change for you to use it again)
1) Hawkman's mace pulses with energy as he lifts it over his head and savagely slams it into the poor little medic's skull. Poor guy was outmatched as his head flies to the side followed by his body. As the smoke from the impact clears all Jinx and hawkman sees is the unconscious body of the medic.
(10av vs 14 def roll of a 4 hits with Close Combat Expert for 4 damage and the KO)
2) Robin takes the Villainous Dr. Light in his sights. This one is for batman he shoots, as he throws a steel baton and it hits Dr light in the shoulder. Dr light says ouch and turns his head to see robin standing there looking fierce.
(10av on a 19def roll of a 10 (6,4) hits for 2 dmg)
(With the Intergang Medic defeated every member of your team loses the Superman enemy team ability and loses outwit, therefor flash regains hypersonic speed)
3) The flash uses hypersonic speed to run to K14/L15 and attack Dr Light. 9av on a 15 def roll of a 6 hits for 2 dmg. Flash then runs to M13/14
Batman who is still seeing stars from Dr. Light's attack, clears as he recovers.
