Did not really read the other post, just gaze. Do not know if this point came out but to use the shield TA the attacker must be adjusted to the shield members. The HSS move and attack make this difficult as the character must stop and attack, not attack at mid-point. So the flash must stop and be next to the shield members to make the attack, not move-attack-then move again.

So, say you moved a shiels Ta that same turn, then wanted to shield up dam, could you?
Assuming that you moved the SHIELD guy by giving him a non-free action or carrying him, then you could not do this. If he was moved via TK, then you could.

I'm not sure what you are saying here. If you are saying that the HSS movement cannot continue after an attack with help from SHIELD, then this is incorrect.
The attack of HSS is always made during the movement. (Even if the attack is made in the first or last square, the attack is still occurring during the movement.)
EDIT: I thought maybe a litle more clarification would be good here.
The attack is occurring during the movement. That does not prevent you from gaining the benefit of effects from others on the map like bonuses from Enhancers or shared attacks from Sinister Syndicate. This would also include either bonus from SHIELD. As long as the SHIELD guys are on the map, you can move next to them, get the bonus, and continue moving.
In fact, if your movement was over (such as from moving into hindering when you can't ignore it), then no attack can be made at all as the attack must occur during movement.
I know that you cannot make a combat value go below 0. You can, however, apply modifiers which would still be there in limbo. (You have a guy with 1 base damage and RCE. I can give him a -2 Perplex on his damage. This still makes it 0, but the mod is not lost. If you use the RCE you have 1-2+2 = 2 for damage.)

Did not which Flash he was referring to (KC Flash can fly). If he is on foot then yes it is possible. If it is in the air or during flight, then no.

Actually, yes, I think it would at least what I was taught.
The only difference would be the ability to ignore terrain for movement. Flight status has no bearing on when the attack happens or what powers can be used with it.

I think whomever taught you either was confused about HSS using the powers/TA of a carried figure VS. a non carried figure. Figures carried via HSS are not on the board during the attack and so nothing from them can be used. Or maybe they thought Flight = not adjacent?
But Harpua is right (as usual) that flight won't change anything.

I believe you are right now that I think about it, I am seeing the errors of the ways in which I was taught.
