1) Arsenal runs to K5, intent on shooting Gizmo. Unfortunately for Roy, Gizmo saw him coming and tripped him up with an oil slick. Critical miss. 1 to Arsenal.
"Baaaah? What are you trying to do, steal my gimic?"
Beast Boy turns into a sheep but then turns back into a person to help his teammate up.
2) Gar gives Roy a click with the Titans ta.
3) Nightwing tosses a few batarangs at Gizmo, needing a 7 but only gets a 5. Gizmo quickly flies out of the way.

Is it? I know I used it that way for a training match, maybe two but I didn't make any rolls and heroclix was dead so I was never sure. Such a mixed blessing.
Like, for the X-Men, its all good but I've got three Titans with activation clicks, Terra who sometimes needs to move into mid dial to make a hit or late dial to regain barrier and forceblast and Raven who has late dial regen. Half of me loves the rule and half of me hates it.
Anyway, roll is a 1 so Gar does take a click.

"This is getting us nowhere. Titans, attack!"
Free) Nightwing gets a 6 for leadership. Free action!
1) Roy puts an arrow through Kestrel's arm, needing a 7 and getting a 9. 1 click after invulnerability.
2) Hawk rams his fist into Catman's stomach. Needs a 4, gets a 7. 3 clicks to Catman.
3) Terra tries to nail Kestrel with a pillar of rock but she slices it in half with her talons. Needs a 9, gets a 7.
4) Dove grabs flies to L6, putting Nightwing at M5.
1) Giz picks up the Lackey and moves to O-2, Lackey #7 in N-3.
Free) He'll outwit Hawk's Toughness.
2) Catman attacks Hawk with CCE. AV 8 on DV 15, needs 7. Rolls 9. Hawk takes 3 damage.
3) Kestral will take out Dove! AV 10 on DV 17, needs 7. Rolls 9! Blades roll....5! That's 4 clicks after toughness. Kestral takes a push click. I know nothing about these characters, so you can story that if you'd like . Also the map link isn't working, so I dunno what to do.
Map isn't working for me. Is Hawk really supposed to be at N6 (down and to the left of Catman)? Cause I'm pretty sure he was in fact adjacent to Catman but from the posts, they shouldn't be next to each other.

Yeah, I missed moving him to O-5 earlier, recap has him at P-10.

(Yeah its not as pretty as HCutils but it does the job. You've also got a lacky in your starting area and most of the objects in places that won't really matter unless Kestral wants to go pick one up.)
1) Lackey to hit the Bear. AV 7 on DV 15. First, Shapechange. That's 6. Apparently he's a butterfly now. Even lackey's can't hit butterflies. He'll try and breakaway, rather than be tortured with the sadistic choice of disappointing Kestrel and hurting the Butterfly. He rolls a 5, and moves to take Catman's place in O-5.
2) Handy moves to P8 (Whatever's on the direct diagonal to Hawk).
Free) Nightwing gets a 4 for leadership. Extra action. Woot!
1) Roy fires at Kestral but the villain is too quick. Needs a 7, gets a 5.
2) Dove uses a flying kick but Kestrel catches her foot and tosses Dawn away. Needs an 8, gets a 7.
3) Hawk takes a swing at the thug in front of him, needing a 5. He gets an 8 and lays the guy out. I completely did those rolls in the wrong order didn't I?
"Oh for God's sake, just hit her."
4) A rock fist comes up through the ground and nails Kestel, knocking her into one of the escaped criminals. Forceblasts Kestrel to J7.
1) Gizmo blasts Hawk. AV 8 on DV 11+1. Needs 4. Rolls 5 for the hit and 2 damage. He snickers.
2) Kestral moves back where she was. K-6 I believe. She'll huff and puff as well.
3) Thug will move to J-6 to block that stupid force blast...
Free) Gizmo will outwit Beast Boy's shape change, for story posting reasons. (I believe Beast and Hawk are the only ones he can see, correct me if he can see Dove or something )
1) Black Hand blasts Hawk with his black hand. AV 9 on DV 11, don't crit miss. He gets a 7, and Hank's out.
Free) Gizmo shoots a dart into Dove's butt. There's no tranquilizer, he just wants her to think there is. Placebo effect baby. He outwits her super senses.
2) Kestrel has an opportunity to put some hurt on Dove, she's gonna take it. AV 9 on DV 14, needs 5. Rolls 8 for the hit. Dove takes 2, as Kestrel doesn't need to be all 'expert' about it, she just slaps her across the face. Like a man...er...woman.
3) Lackey #5 will move to H-4 to base Roy and Terra.
"Call me hard headed, but I don't like you taking shots at my friends."
1) Beast Boy changes into a ram and headbutts Gizmo. Needs a 6, gets an 8. 2 to Gizmo, 1 to Gar.
2) Arsenal pins the criminal to the wall with a pair of arrows...and then a third one right below the junk to drive home the point. Needs a 4, gets a 7. 3 clicks and the ko.
3) Nightwing uses a smoke bomb to blind Kestrel and hide himself. Smoke cloud at J6, K5, L6, M5.
