I hated that the Beyonder wore a white Member's Only jacket in Secret Wars II.
I also hated when, due to the Disney lawsuit, they made Howard the Duck wear trousers.
And yeah, Electric Blue and Red Superman was just plain silly.

Oh an if you can count it best becomeing a freaking cat thing in Astonishing is so freaking dumb!
You mean X-treme X-Men and New X-Men. He was first shown as a "cat" during Morrison's run based on the events that took place in X-treme X-Men. Don't go dragging Astonishing in there.

Very true Astonishing has been a good run just really hate cat beast I was so hoping that during secret invasion they would change it and make him a skrull.
Other costums that suck Hank Pyms new wasp outfit!
I like the red safari jacket Wonderman look. Unique in comics at the time.
Me too. Heck, I still like it on Wondy.
But as far as bad costumes, how about the New Mutants' alternate outfits from the mid-to-late 80s? If I recall correctly, they designed these things so they could sneak out of the mansion and not be recognized. There were two sets, but the most atrocious ones were the second versions (you can see them on the cover of New Mutants 61, for example). Sunspot and Wolfsbane had ones in various shades of brown/orange/rust, and Cannonball had one that was originally blue and yellow but somehow evolved into an atrocious blue and orange color scheme.
These uniforms were the superhero equivalent of the "Flying V" Vancouver Canucks sweaters (hockey fans will realize just how bad an insult that is).

Reason: It should have been New Mutants 61, not 51.
Also, Susan's vamped up costume has to be one of the worst changes ever. Well, there's the Malice costume, but atleast then she wasn't herself.
.
If by "vamped up" you mean the one she wore shortly before Reed "died", the one with the "4" cut out of it, I have to tell you, I liked that one. But, also, if you recall, she was still under the influence of Malice at the time. She was "cured" of Malice a short while after Reed's "death" and Namor even commented on it when she switched to a less showy costume. He'd liked the previous one with the "4" cut out.

I didn't remember to what you were referring. Then I checked a cover gallery and here then it came back to me.

Leaving off terrible character transformations (Parallax) I'll say:
Aquamarine bodysticking Zatanna. I didn't mind the costume that followed, but that one was terrible. For those who don't know it: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_bdVR-JIDi2...00/zatanna.jpg
She used THAT costume when she discover that she was the ilegitel daughter of Zatara and Doctor Strange. Yea, that is what happens when you say and think everything in backwards.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to CarlosMucha again.
Noseless, bandanna-wearing Wolverine(from after the first attempt to give him back his adamantium)
Armored Cap
Roller-Skate Armor Iron Man
Wonder Man's jacket(hideously ugly thing that it is)
Magneto's giant 'M' costume
The vast majority of Cyclops' costumes(Astonishing and the one featured in the old Fox cartoon being the only ones that don't belong here IMO)
Nightwing's first two looks(why Bruce never busted Dick or Clark for the crime of having mullets is beyond me)
Black Canary's JLI costume
Superman Red and Blue
