Love this series. Gail simone is awesome. Anything that breathes new life into Bane is okay with me. She also made me interested in Rag Doll who used to seem like such a nothing character. I said if before and will say it again. There are no bad characters, just bad writers!
Love the book and characters as well. I've especially loved how they've grown since Villains United. What started out as a ragtag little revolutionary force of villains has turned into an amazingly cool anti-hero team.
If you are a Deadpool fan (And I'm guessing that many of you are based on Deadpool's sales) then Secret Six is for you. It's very similar to Deadpool's Humor and violence level.

They should have a special section for Jeph Loeb in the comic's store, so they could wall it off.
Gail Simone is one of the few writers in the business today that can be counted on for solid stories. She only let me down one time. In a Roy Harper miniseries she showed Roy letting Lian playing with all his guns like they were a Barbie collection. I'd like to know what she was thinking there.
Otherwise, one of the best currently active in the business.
I want these clixed: Doc Savage, Fu Manchu, Tarzan, The Shadow, The Green Hornet & Kato, Conan, Solomon Kane, The Phantom, King Kong, Universal Monsters, Black Orchid, Manhunter (Paul Kirk), Xemnu the Titan, unclixed Kirby Fourth World characters, and Lilith, Daughter Of Dracula.

Not current deadpool I hope? Yes it is quite reminiscent of classic Deadpool series in that each character is some part of Deadpool's Former Glory (I'm dividing it up by the Funeral for a Freak Storyline)
The DYNAMIC DEADPOOL: Bane and Catman
The Assassin Deadpool: Deadshot
NO PICKLES!!!???!!: Ragdoll
I don't know its a good series but I feel recent deadpool has been lacking with teh Thunderbolts tie-in.

Let Me Clarify: Recent Jeph Loeb Sucks....I mean the Real Jeph Loeb was abducted by aliens shortly after his run in batman and replaced with a duplicate. This Duplicate caused sales to fall with his crappy storywriting....knowing this his sun took up the mantle of the original.....sadly he died (in all seriousness sam Loeb You will be missed) and now all we have is this shadow of a Man ....one that apparently hates marvel and as such is trying to make it fall apart from the inside out.
First Stop She-hulk NEXT STOP: Amazing Spiderman.
Don't even get me started on The Pseudo Brian Michael Bendis.
(plus Legion of 2 Worlds but I won't count miniseries).
Dissing on the third one?

As a sidenote I do like the current series, it's been building up nicely. That, along with the Suicide Kings -mini, his appearances in Marvel Zombies, and Deadpool is doing great (compared to his appearance in Wolverine: Origins).
I'm a huge fan of the Secret Six, the comedy, the action, twists that surprise but still make sense, it's got it all.

Not saying this to you know brown nose but I will admit: The Last Issue of Deadpool wasn't bad but I really think the THunderbolts Tie-in is sucking....I'm sorry. It happens. But this last issue had some classic moments.
ANd Suicide Kings actually seems pretty solid.
Punisher And Deadpool make great Adversaries/Enemies..........right next to Punisher/Eminem
When you want a comic that can cross every line in humor and violence and still present you with a well-written story, Secret Six is the way to go. I've followed it since Villains United, and I love the team. Gail Simone is my favorite writer thanks to the Secret Six title and previous miniseries.

I'm not aware of her writing a Roy Harper series. I recall a Devin Grayson-penned Arsenal series in the 90s, though.
Matter-Eater Lad Snack List: Time Gem, Remaker
Etrigan Prime Transformation List: Blackhawk Pilot, Per Degaton, Rip Hunter
'Secret Six' is the fa-shizzle! Seriously, I've been talkin' it up for sometime now. Speaking of #8, I just finally got around to doing a write-up on it for my blog yesterday. Mmm.. shameless plugs!

Maybe I'm confusing them but I'm sure this series was mid 2000's.
