Captain Britain and MI 13 has been canceled. I have no clue when the last issue will be.
I live in a world in which this comic book, filled with England's greatest super-operatives facing off against a Dracula-led invasion of an army of vampires from their secret base upon the moon, is unable to save itself from cancellation. How is it that a story like that isn't selling like hotcakes? There is no way that any BMB Avengers comic can be half this fun to read.
...now, if we can just get Professor Pyg confirmed.

FF- I liked it okay. Hitch is kinda hit or miss in this story to me and I haven't fallen in love with the art on Reed and Sue like I wish I could. I love the big scenes. The problem I have is showing how Bad A the threat is by eliminating a very powerful opponent off panel, just like Bendis did to establish the Xorn threat by killing Alpha Flight and Millar did earlier in his run by killing the team sent to check on CAP. Maybe one too many times to the well. I am really interested to see where this goes because I think it can be really good.
Captain America 50- It was a character introspective with Bucky, which I liked, but then the last two pages of the book completely changed. The art and the inking seemed different, and I think intentionally so, but man, it threw me completely. It broke with the entire 50 issue run of Cap so far and it was really strange. I LOVED the Marcos Martin backup establishing the story thus far. I love Marcos Martin and I would love to see him get more work. He's the anti-Hitch in some ways. He goes back and invokes silver age Kirby but yet he doesn't imitate. Such goodness. Overall, pretty blah issue, but I want to see the next thing!
But...Nightcrawler really has been my favorite character for years.
