Okay, you get first blood. But left Valor open to a counter attack. Let's see if I can make Hawkman's sacrifice worth it.
Hawkman to O17, taxiing Wildcat to N17
Mr. Terrific Outwits Valor's Impervious.
Jakeem to H13
Green Lantern RS to H14, attacks Valor, AV10 on DV16. Gets 12. Oh man. I almost feel bad about that. 4 to Valor and KB to S17. The KB probably saves him from a worse beating though.
Flash to N18
Jade TKs Belle to O14
Belle Charges to R18, grabbing the LO from N17 on the way and attacks Valor. AV10 on DV16. Gets 3.
Vigilante to O18
Flash Defends Hawkman, Wildcat and Vigilante
Jakeem Defends Green Lantern and Jade
So an even trade off. You did 4 to me, I did 4 to you.
R Jade @ G12
V Mr. Terrific F14 (stealth)
Flash (AA) @ N18
E Wildcat N17
V Hawkman @ O17 (4!)
Jakeem Thunder @ H13
Liberty Belle @ R18
R Green Lantern (OR) @ H14
Vigilante @ O18
"I'm getting a reading on these guys from my T-Spheres," Mr. Terrific said. "They're called the Legion of Super-Heroes. They're from the 30th century. They've had encounters with Superman, the Titans...The one that just hit Hawkman's called...Valor - or Mon-el. I have some conflicting data. But he's essentially a mini-Superman. I'd concentrate on him."
"Good enough for me," Green Lantern said, hitting the Daxamite with a giant green gauntlet that sent the Legionnaire flying back through the air.
"Damn, and I almost had him too," Hawkman cursed, swooping down with Wildcat at the spot where Mon-el had been, his mace crashing into the floor. "I owed him."
"Sorry about that, Hawkman," Green Lantern said.
"Don't worry, Hawkman, there's plenty to go around," Vigilante said, riding his motorcycle up to join them. The Flash was right behind him.
"Maybe so," Liberty Belle said, riding a green surfboard provided by Jade, "but I think we ought to make sure of this one first." She jumped off the board and threw herself at Mon-El.
"Do you think I'm going to be that slow after only one hit?" Mon-EL asked, dodging her easily.
"I'm not exactly slow myself, so I'm impressed," Belle told him.
"Come on, Thunderbolt, let's go help her out!" Jakeem said.
"Hang on, Jakeem," Green Lantern created a wall to stop him.
"Aw man, don't you be telling me I gotta hold back 'cause I'm a kid. They all look like they're about my age."
"I'm not saying that at all," Green Lantern said. "But a good strategist always leaves some forces in reserve and waits to see where his opponent commits their own forces."
"And that's where we come in, right Dad?" Jade asked.
A few things. First, Dawnstar already chose Hawkman as her Quarry. She doesn't get to change it. The power says she picks a figure at the beginning of the game. That's it.
That's make both of Karate Kid's attacks a miss if you still want to go ahead with that.
Then Flash at N18 is pretty safely blocked by Hawkman, Wildcat and Vigilante. So you'll have to redo both Lightning Lad and Wildfire's attacks.
"You got some moves, kid, but fightin's fightin', and there's nobody better in a scrap than me," Wildcat said, landing a good solid punch on Karate Kid.
"I don't know how you managed to get past my defenses there, but it won't happen again," Karate Kid said, visibly surprised at being hit by the old pugilist.
"That's true," Liberty Belle said, "because I'm going to finish you off right now!"
"Did they just finish Val in hand-to-hand combat?" Lightning Lad asked in disbelief.
"No one said this Justice Society was going to be a pushover," Cosmic Boy told him. "Don't underestimate them. But remember, we also finished off one of their toughest too."
"Your team took down one of one best combatants," Dawnstar says swooping in at Vigilante, "Impressive."
Vigilante turns to her and raises his gun, "You should see me dance." With lightning speed she knocks the gun out of his hand and disables him. "Not today."
Ultra Boy targets the Flash. "Sorry man but if you're going to pick a fight with the Legionnaires, you're going to lose."
Dawnstar can't hit Vigilante from R17. You may be mixing up his and Wildcat's spaces. She could go to P17 to hit Vigilante, but that leaves her only 3 squares to move back after the attack.
And you can't give her a new Quarry. She picks one. At the start of the game. That's it. Nowhere in the power description does it say that she can change her Quarry when the first one is KOd.
