That is opinion, and it's a valid one. Enabling giants to move like fliers would have been sufficient for fix the problem. However...

Yes...as was stated, giving them the Giant Stride feat would have sufficed.

More opinion.

First of all, I have my doubts as to whether or not the TKing was purposeful or something that they did by accident and allowed to remain.

Secondly, I'd take the ability to tie up someone two squares away over the ability to be TKed almost any day.
