PC: Case-by-case basis.

Not that I don't trust or anything like that, but how do I know you moved Rasp next to Bron before Bron missed? It wasn't in the roll in the e-mail that you would be using Opportunist tokens if your attack missed.

I always include stuff that happens beforehand, like cp, or plexing attack/dmg/etc, but opportunist happens after the roll so I didn't. With how abysmally I have been rolling, it should be fairly obvious that I wanted to set up a "sure thing". I don't like using Peers' roller, but if you want, I can do partial turns with map links in them from now on.

From now on, just say in the rolls "Will use opportunist tokens if nescessary" or something, just so I know it is an option. I know you include Cp and the whatnot, but I need to know beforehand (you don't need to use Peers tool) that you will use opportunist tokens if you are so inclined depending on the roll.

I just need to see that Rasp was moved in the roll because it would be real easy to move Rasputin after you saw the results of the roll. You haven't been rolling that abysmal. You have missed ONE roll on Cheetah and that is really it.
