With practiced unity, both Ed'Wyn and Criti unleashed their disruptor rifles on the Human Rocket, hopefully hindering his cosmic powers.

"Now! The Psychic and Atlantean!" Criti shouted, shrinking to Ant size with his last command, hiding himself in the burning debris.

From the flames, the red cloaked figure made her debut. Running from car to car, arms never leaving her shroud, she leaped through the air, Speedball watching her glide gracefully through the air, a thing of beauty. She lands on Namorita and Justice, entwining herself in the powerhouse in 'Rita, and slamming a hidden sai into the shoulder of Justice.

The magnetically charged ape launched a bit of the wreckage at Night Thrasher. The debris was too close for the nimble fighter to avoid, and was buried under the mass of metal, out of the fight.

"Ah, cosmic power does indeed flow through this one my brothers and sisters. Let us see what happens when it is turned back upon him.." Criti Knoll announced to his allies, turning a knob on his disruptor rifle, still trained on the human rocket. Nova screamed in agony, and was forced back into the clutches of Pagon. "I see the results are marvelous indeed." Criti finished with a wicked grin.

Using his telekinesis as a shield, Vance managed to avoid Pagon's clutches momentarily, lunging out and away to aid Richard Rider before it was too late. He dove low, looking back to see the frustrated Pagon. He turned around, only to see the edge of a massive sundial, that slammed into his temple, knocking him out cold.

With the battle arrangements changed, Ed'Wyn leveled his disruptor rifle at Speedball, and Criti Knoll at the Atlantean priestess.

"Press on, brothers and sisters! Press on!"
