1) TK is only 8 squares as of the new PAC from Fantastic Four, J18 is more than 8 squares from Ch'p.
2) Ch'p has no line of sight. The diagonal of Rip Hunter and Batman blocks his line up sight and he can't see through thim.
3) To use Shield the piece taken the action has to be next to the piece attacking from the beginning until the end of the attack. ie. It doesn't work for HSS.
4) You can move Kid flash to J20 but it's hindering terrain so that's where his movement stops.
And yeah that's pretty much it. I suggest reading the Fantastic Four PAC that is linked to in a stickied post in the Rules forum and redoing your move.

Thank you very much on SHIELD see I keep asking for a direct quote but everyone just tries to sum it up and they say something like give them a token to increase damage. But one thing I dont think they have to be adjacent the whole turn. So say if you had someone with Running Shot you could increase the damage then Running shot it would seem buts that neither here nor their. But this is why I am glad I have this game to work these things out dont know if I will end up using that Shield TA much then now as I dont really ahve much in the way or Ranged attackers other than Ch'p
