I wanna come up with something more intriguing than, 'they're all fighting for Canada!'

Fantomex I always felt was just waiting to be an Avenger. He's got the right vibe, and could easily go for the paid gig, filling a 'Black Widow-esque' roll on the team. It would obviously be an Iron-Man run Avengers, just because of the philosophy; and that team would also have to include a female who has a strong conscience and a leadership presence, perhaps Ms. Marvel or She-Hulk? I'd throw Cloak and Dagger on, who, let's face it, would be awesome with Fantomex (and could arguably fill that 'social conscience' role, but would have no team weight). And perhaps War Machine, as a low-tier member who's interchangeable with the highly-engaged Iron Man. I'd love to use Vision, and have him mess with Fantomex's EVA connection, leading to weird issues. And if Nightcrawler got invited in, as he exits the X-men, well... that'd just be swell.

The team doesn't have enough women... I'll have to think further on it.
