Saw your rolls and I'm not sure how you're attack Lightning Lad with the barrier in front of there. Even though the barrier is not on elevated terrain, the grounded blocking still blocks line of fire from grounded to elevated....

Turn 5B:

I explained in the post, and it's visible on the map. Arkon has diagonal LoS to the top Barrier in the column. When that's gone, Ultron's LoS to LL was a step ladder style that just snuck through the empty hole. Have someone check if you like. My map link shows the hole.

In case you can't get the map link to work, here would be the coordinates of the LoS based on the map tool.

It goes up 1 square to V18.

Then goes left 1 square to V17.

Then it goes up 2 squares to T17.

Left 1 to T16.

Up 1 to S16.

Left 1 to S15. (right next to the bottom barrier)

Up 2 to Q15. (Skirting right up the bottom leg of the barrier.)

Left 1 into Q14. (Which was emptied out by Arkon)

Up 1 to P14 where LL was.
