Problem:

HSS and Stealth are part of the same special power. Therefore, if you use HSS, you are using stealth. And if you are using strealth, the Monkey's line of site crosses hindering and he cannot see Marvel to TK her.

I don't think so.

Her special power says she can use hss, stealth and plasticity. She doesn't have to use stealth and hss at the same time or not at all. Look at other figures with multiple powers on the same click. It isn't like Spider-Girl has to use running shot and charge at the same time.

And even if you have to use them at the same time, my move was still legal. All I have to do is turn off exfiltration after I make my hss attack and then I can tk her back. Then the turn ends and it is automatically turned back on so she regains stealth.
