See, Vixen is one character that can't exit the books fast enough for me.

She was okay on Suicide Squad - but even there got annoying - and is just too "meh" to be the "mainstay" of the current JLA.

Then again I wasn't too fond of Canary being head of the team either; I'd say it was sexism but I'd completely back Diana as team lead so maybe I'm just an elitist resistant to change.

Come to think of it my other big beef with Meltzer's crew was Red Arrow. I can accept legacy characters stepping up like Wally did but Green Arrow's still around and interesting; Roy is just....weak sauce, in comparison and his romance with Kendra was just to play on the old GA/Hawkman rivalry twist.

The thing that I found most interesting about Red Arrow was when he beat the Tangent Atom. I wish they followed "junk fighter" thing more. Make him more like Jason Bourne in fighting style.

I always like it the classic League. The big 7 and the Sattelite Era.

I begin to really read comics with the JLA/JLI but even as funny as it was for me was a disrespect to the group and characters. I don't mean that with new members but the classic members should be serious so I was never really totally happy with the JLI times.

My Tacke: If I would have the League in my way I would make a team that represent EVERY part of the World and Heroes team as possible. Like a "United Nations" representatives of every "country"

1 to represent Asia, 1 for Europa, 1 for Africa, 1 from Australia, 1 from Paradise Island etc etc
also 1 to represent EVERY DC Team. They will work as "link" to their teams and will be useful in times of need of backup or back story.
1 from the Titans, 1 from the Doom Patrol, 1 Mystic, etc. Will be interesting to see WHO every time will CHOICE as their represent person to be in the JLA.

Also they could have a "represent" VILLAIN. a Villain who could want (or be push) to persuit redemption. That will always have a prescence of distrust and an interesting point of disagree with others members who will be not happy with this prescense in the team.

Every member should have the compromise to stay in the team for an amount of time, and if they go, they would have to leave a replacement or have concecuences.

Just some of my points of view of how I would do things.
