I decided not to post the details of the Event Dials ... because I am lazy haha. They would rake me forever to type out, sorry guys.

couple of flaws i see with the format, we'll prob adjust it for our group. i'm thinking one sealed game per month is better. and c'mon. LE Event dial for the kick off event? Pffft, i say thee NAY! Thor the Reigning is the prize for our first sealed game for the release. what are they thinking? the kick-off sealed game should have the best prizes not an event dial. I notice other venues are also using Thor as the kick-off sealed game. good thing we can do what we want.

Funny thing is that the last couple sets have had relatively weak prizes for that initial Sealed game. (Giant Stride was the prize for Crisis. Yeesh...)

As for who goes when... I think that might depend on whether your local Venue has remained steady or is rebuilding. I'm picking up at a Venue that needs to rebuild its attendance, and that's going to be easier when they know the "good" prizes are still coming. If they thought they already missed out on the good stuff, they're less likely to attend.

Looks like a decent suggested format. What's even better is that it is suggested, and not mandatory.

I think once NECA gets up to running and planning these events, they should bring back the two figures for a set release game. those games got the highest attendance and that's what we need.

Does it suggest in the kit as to how the multiple copies of the prizes should be given out. By this I mean: 3 copies of each prize, one to 1st place, one to fellowship and one to the judge?

My local venue is pretty new to HeroClix and we have only been running games within the last year. My venue owner isn't familiar with how things used to work. And as I am the judge, I am wondering if I am going to have to talk him into giving me a copy of each prize, or is it suggested in writing that that is the way the prizes should be allocated?

1 to judge

No. In Crisis there was a 400 or 600 point 75% floor event.

Ah. My venue didn't run the Crisis events, so I missed that.

Our Venue didn't get the prize kits

I run the events in Regina!
we will be running the events in the format suggested by wizkids/neca, however we will run events in a different order than suggested as quantity of boosters may be a problem for week 1 as everyone is buying multiple cases!
so booster drafts will be delayed a week or two!
I am very excited about Hammer of Thor and organized play events being run with new prizes - even though our venue has done a fabulous job of supplying prize support for the year!
