At 200 points, Hela has a lot of weight to pull. And the fact is you spend the whole game waiting for a setup. Her Hand of Glory is fantastic, and she has it for a good long stretch, but she doesn't open with it. In my experience, people leave Mystics alone for a while, and if that's what you've found as well, Hela won't have much of the game to use that power. She cannot push; why give away clicks that could be damaging your opponent via feedback? Her resurrection power is unbelievably cool, but 1. unlikely, and 2. hidden at the back of her dial. If she's saved for last, her allies will be dead before that appears; if she's taken out early, she'll not be around for that effect. Either way, an opponent won't leave her on those clicks, so that leaves it to you to trick them into leaving you there. All in all, really fun, but not competitive, and not likely to do what you hope for when you dream up your team.
Consistent stats, 10 range, Mystics, Phasing, Outwit, and Perplex are great powers to have. Throw the HOG power, PB and the if-you're-lucky-to-have-this-at-just-the-right-time TOL in there and I can see where she is well worth 200. She is definitely a unique piece in the world of Clix.
to the poster below: It's funny, because i actually did get that power at exactly the right time, and i rolled a crit hit to save Kurse from death. boy my opponent was mad after that.
I found hela to be somewhere between average and good for her points. her attack is a bit low for the point investment, and her defensive powers are not show stopping either. but she did play ok, and with a host of asgardian support, she was effective enough to win, or put me in a position to win whenever i have played her.
This Chick is Bad A**! I feel she really shines in larger point builds. Would be difficult to play in builds of less than 500. Played her in a 1600pt build against a massive Sentinel team. She shined the whole game with the highlight being my opponents hope rise when I rolled a critical miss only to remind him she was on her Hands of Glory click. Combine that with oden nailing a 51 clix of damage nova blast and the sentinels will be sorely missed. Still one of my favorite and in my top 3 Asgardians. 5 shields on this dial!
The Goddess of Death and ruler of Hel... yet she is missing the Ruler keyword. Hella disappointing (see what I did there?). She's a great piece, but by no means a tent-pole or main-attacker, thus making her difficult to field unless you have at least an extra 200 points to build a team. However, I find she does her best work in games 600+ points. Whenever she gets attacked I always find she lands somewhere with Incapacitate, so if I'm playing with feats, I like to throw in Stunning Blow for 10 points extra. Damage Shield is another good feat choice and the same point cost, but it's all about what you think would best suit your play style.
Hand Of Glory comes into play much more than you'd think and is just as awesome as it reads. It's too bad that Touch Of Life is a special damage power and not a star ability, as it's so conditional and on so few spots of the dial that some players won't ever even get to roll for resurrection, let alone actually making that improbable roll of 11 or 12. Still though, a long dial, good stats and a fun and effective combination of powers makes this figure one of my favorite characters to use when building large point teams.
10 Range, Psy Blast and Energy Explosion, she just got better with the new PAC...if only she had more than one target...oh well, one penetrating splash damage is better than nothing...I need to bring her back out for hilarity from beyond the grave (of retirement that is) *insert evil laughter here*

I kinda wish her powers were reversed in order on the dial! Hela is an oddball piece that struggles to perform at the 200 point level... although her Psy Blast, Outwit and 10 range give her a way to manage an opponent in single combat, she lacks the move & attack or Indomitable that you need for more involved scenarios. Hand of Glory is fantastic (a 1 in 6 to crit means you'll see it fairly often). Touch of Life is highly unlikely and should have been a Trait, since rolling that 11 or 12 is already unlikely and it involves losing a figure. I do think her backdial is good, since Invulnerable Mystics are a pain for pieces with 3 damage to fight, and Poison increases the pressure. If you can avoid having your reducers short-circuited, she'll take a pound of flesh as she gets KO'd.
