the times i have played her she's worked out great!
i sometimes play her on a 300 - 400 pt martial artist team consisting of daredevil cap an moon dragon.
and she always works our for me.
It's really like you're paying for two pieces, one glued onto the back of the other. That top click is good without meriting her high cost, so she's in effect counting on being hit at some point to see her full potential. Still, if you can, pull off a two-target Mind Control to get her onto Perplex without giving up any utility (as her Perplex can always restore her 10 attack). Click 4 is a glaring weak spot where she should be pushing to TK someone useful. Finally, there is her "dragon" half... which is much more fearsome... Running Shot is assisted by the giants' easy breakaway, and she can BCF pieces from two spaces out, or Psy Blast two targets she can see (and she can see over heads) with more damage than her front dial! Perhaps her best trick: turning off her power on an opponent's turn to hide herself, since she will lose her giant status until your next turn. Get behind an ally and pop in and out of sight each turn!

What might be neat is to stick her next to a violet lantern and have her double target MC at 12 range twice, and take feedback into her dragon form clicks, or once onto Perplex/TK for support. Rather than trying to make use of her psychic blast right away.
