That's a good point- the only reason I brought up Batman was to argue that Crane/Scarecrow would be qualified to wear a yellow ring. To me, it doesn't matter what the means are- as long as people are afraid, they are afraid.

I don't know enough about Crane, but could he be the same way? That is, is Scarecrow the dominant personality and Crane is the "mask"?

hmmm That would make sense. I suppose of all the people On Earth I'd say Crane is the most justified.

I like him being a Lantern and I can totally see him becoming the permanent Lantern of Sector 2814 after Blackest night.

In fact I rmemeber reading in a Wizkids interview that Marvel gave the game designers tons of secret info for Secret Invasion before it came out in the actual books to get some of those characters ready for release.

If you look at most of the Sinestro Corps members they DO something to make people afraid of them.
Creating a nerve gas to strike terror seems to fit the bill just as much as making someone sick and killing them.
Of you KNEW what scarecrow did and who he was and you as an ordinary person ran into him....you'd be afraid.

Like I said, it would be super cool, but if I were a betting man, I'd bet a Multi-Lantern Starter would be: Larfleeze, Atrocitus, Saint Walker, Indigo-1, Hal, Carol Ferris, and Sinestro. Instead of Mera, WW, Atom, Flash, Scarecrow, Luthor, and Ganthet. Who am I kidding, any version of a multi-lantern starter would absolutely have me giddy like a pig in...mud.

No Ganthet made it so each ring could duplicate itself and deputize someone for 24 hours (that's how we get these new guardians). So you can just imagine how upset Larfleeze is gonna be to have to share the light of avarice with someone else...

but am surprised to Lex Luthor chosen as an Agent Orange....instead of the Chief which was seen full of greedy in Doom Patrol #4 and #5. Hmmm. I would like to see the Chief out of the chair once in a while.
