My new thought is to use Apocalypse's omega beams to send someone into a ninja horde. That way you don't even need to move them!
You mean Darkseid? And yeah that's actually quite a fun idea :P You could have 7 Ninja's making a U shape (Darkseid needs LoF) and zap the target into the middle of that, then Outwit their defensive ability and perplex down their Def.

Yeah, I meant Darkseid. I'm working my second straight 10 hour shift right now and am totally sleep deprived lol. Sad thing is, I'm working on building a team with Darkseid right now for a tournament going on once I get off work, and I still got his name wrong!
Also, if you're looking for a Brilliant Tactician for them in smaller point games, look at CR Nightwing. He doesn't share the TA, so can't use coordination, but if you're only going to use 3 ninjas, he can see all 3, make a smoke cloud for them, and give them all 3 damage. Not bad!
Doh! Forgot all about the feat cap.... I am so used to the old rules that some of the newer ones throw me off. I always forget about the -2 to movement when carrying as well. Thanks Zero.
Actually, that's kind of a good thing... I'll just drop down to 50 pts. worth of feats and replace the rest with more ninjas, he he heh....

If Nightwing stands someplace where he can see more than just Ninjas, this team should be brutal.
Instead of Nightwing, why not use V Taskmaster? He's 4 points cheaper plus you dont have to push him to actually be able to use Brilliant Tactician right away. Unless you're using the Phone Booth you're going to have to waste a turn to be able to get to use it with Nightwing. Plus the idea of having to weaken your own figure just to use a feat card doesnt seem like sound strategy to me.
Ah...but while it's one click closer to KO, is he really weaker if he can now boost all of those stats?
One less movement and one less defense is to much of a gamble on a seven click life dial. With no damage reducers what-so-ever, it would be to easy for someone to hit him with an object and make him useless. If he didnt lose the defense or movement stat together it would be an acceptable risk but losing them both with all the heavy hitters out there...I'm just not fond of the idea myself.

The plan is to have the man-bats carry the hand ninjas in then use the hand ninjas on the next turn to go to town, while cap gives cover fire.
