I am not investing in the various Corps like others are, but that is a great sculpt. If the Scarecrow sculpt is near as good, I will be pretty excited.

Hey, just saying it's dissapointing not to get the full set of deputies (especially when the missing deputy is the green one!). As Badgerbite said, this is the 9th Hal, so it's not like another one was needed...

I was sold on this set from the words "Yellow Lantern Scarecrow", so no worries from me that end.

Wow. I"m not a DC fan and, in fact, I have expressed in a thread elsewhere that I am not interested in the figures included in this set. Ummmm....I may have to take that back now. If all the sculpts are going to look this good then I may have to eat my text and play these pieces anyway.

Two concerns I have are 1.) Paint Job: most sculpts look pretty freakin' sweet until some slave laborer spends all of 20 seconds slathering paint on it; and 2.) Cost - will digital sculpting = higher costs.

Otherwise, this is looking sweeter than.....a really sweet thing.

I may not like the choice of using the deputies BUT getting another HAL that looks like that will get me to buy 3 or 4 of those starters!!! VERY HAPPY!!

What a great surprise for a crummy morning (its raining outside and I have a headache and only had two hours of sleep while the students in my class obviously all had Frosted Chocolate Covered Sugar Bombs for breakfast).

I'm buying two!

I don't think we need another Hal, but this one does look fantastic. I can't wait to see what the rest of the set looks like.
